Hi guys, I was wondering if I can get some help. I bought a t-shirt for my wife on the 20th of July this year at Baz's official site, payment was cleared through PayPal on that date and have still not received the goods. I have sent emails to the docsamson email address on the site with no response. Is this normal, and what else can I do? My wife is nagging me for her shirt!

Sebastian usually sends out all the items himself. Because of everything that is going on right now I really wouldn't worry about it.

any more news on when merch will be sent out? ? Looks like he's out until at least November 20th. Not sure, but I'm not anticipating anything until after then.. or after the Thanksgiving holiday or so. Wonder if hellyeah got the T-shirt? |

- Last year and into the beginning of this year, when he had a solid break he was able to get stuff out. It all eventually came (except if you changed addresses before then or something  ) on one of the radio shows last week (it was a morning show), Baz said he'd been running since April (or was in May?) this year and has not stopped. Yes, he's been busy |

Appearently no one has bothered to check this one out...and if I mispell some stuff, oh well its 1:30 in the A.M. and I'm a bit buzzing...but I'd like to make my point...I'm here cuz Sebastian Bach is the best...always has been and always will be..tHE man just does it for me on all levels...Can't get enough!!

Hi, New on here (but a huge fan for about 15 years!). I ordered a signed cd a few days ago - really hoping it gets on its way soon, but appreciate the personal touch! I've had to get it sent to my temporary address cos my place got flooded in the heavy rains in England last June, and I'm currently a refugee  I'm so looking forward to getting the cd - it'll certainly cheer me up while they rebuild my poor house! Any suggestions as to what to do about changing the delivery address if I get moved back in (which may not be for a couple of months)? Do I just email to the docsamson email? Thanks, A-Mx |

It all depends on how long before I can move home.  It's likely to be months, not weeks, but I appreciate that if stuff gets sent personally there can be a long delay, going by previous posts on here. I'm still hugely excited about getting it though! ;D |

What I meant was: Im clueless @ stuff and orders in the States, kinda hard getting ur hands on say, a t-shirt over here, NO IDEA why either.. Damnit. >.<

My cd was sent out by Maria - her signature was on the post sticker on the jiffy bag! I'm as certain as can be that my cd was signed by Sebastian (in silver pen, with a little message to me).
I'm immensely pleased with it, as you can probably tell! I hope Sebastian saw my post saying thanks, or someone here passed it on - it has given me something to smile about in spite of my house problems!
I may order myself a few more things soon, but I think I'll wait until the tour is over.

Also, an added bonus, we all got 'Angel Down' postcards sent to us out of the blue. Didn't have to order anything, it came as a result of having already ordered something from him. ;D
