looks like a couple fo warm up shows before heading over seas. I heard that they were going to tear down the Stone Pony, or close it or soemthing. Anyone else hear about this? Could just be a rumor.

stoneponyonline.com/The stone pony now has accomodations list on their site. As for the pony closing, they had fought it closing with people like Bruce, and many fans, etc fighting for them. The plan now is since they are 'rebuilding' asbury park, they will move to the boardwalk at some point, along the new buildings for entertainment and retaill. and it will be 'stone pony entertainment' which does not only have shows , but does other things for the community. So they won't be closing, just moving a block onto the boardwalk. When, who knows, but thats the scoop last I heard.

hey brat, charmer n bob (and any freaks i left out, i apoligize)...we're definately going to the pony show...still up in the air about the mulcahys show the next night (i wanna go, but deb's up in the air...she doesn't want to leave the dogs 2 nights in a row...lol)...gonna pick deb up from work (bartending) around 6pm on long island, and making the trek to jersey...hope to make it in time for the infamous SEVERRRRRRRRRED HAAAAAAAND!!!!! gonna be tight...leaving at 6...traffic getting outta new york...quick check in, and to the show...i know doors open at 8, but i don't know if i'll be able to be on line for when the doors open...save us 2 spots in front of the water spraying baz monster...hahahaha

I thought there'd be Paris' band and Mike's band opening for Baz, they've added another local band. JEEZ, I hate it when there's more than two bands opening. I can dig Paris' band and Metal mike's but now I have to sit through another local band and not even one that I like. sigh  |
