At least in Paradise you do have warmer weather than most of us. I have chilly weather right now. Love it!! Last week it was (love leaves) and today it's almost time to make one of these Love it! Cheers to the snow! You know I love ya Kat but I got to say BAH HUMBUG! I am so not feeling the snow and I hate being cold. This is where I would rather be....

Everyone is welcome. I've said it before I have extra sleeping space for 3, but if you don't mind the floor or a lounge chair, I can make room for more.

Gotta admit to a pretty neat chuckle Sat morning when Baz sent out his first message on Twitter. Then the second one came over and it was such a 'kick' .. loved it!! By the time he had that next 'cup of coffee' and the 3rd update, he really had me going. LOL Always a good time!! "geezer!" hahaha!

My god! I'm glad that's not my car!!! I know!! what do you do? chip away with an icepick or what? Seems you're not the only one wondering! You do the following, apparently: To get the ice off from windows and open car doors? 2/3 cup: rubbing Alcohol then add 2 cups each: vinagar Hot water and 1/8 cup salt mix This is what the cars sales do to all of those cars in the parking lots. They dont scrape them and this will not hurt the paint. (from getting-stitched-on-the-farm.blogspot.com/2008/12/ice-storm-cometh.html - how good the advice is I don't know, but it probably works for other things as well - though maybe not for Baz's complaint!!! )

Just had a thought, IF you have a remote starter, you could leave 'Angel Down' in the CD player on full blast and in the morning when you start the car from your toasty home, it would probably knock all that ice right off to the ground ;D hehehe

My hubby says Salt and Alcohol will ruin the paint finish on the cars... He says use 1 gallon very warm (NOT HOT) water combined with 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (not white vinegar, too harsh he says)

Would you want to drive in those conditions even if you managed to chip your car out of the ice? I think I'd sit inside in the warm, listening to Baz CDs and wait for it to thaw
