He could be skiing  _ he likes to ski and it's great time now in NE to ski. Hey! He could be at the Sundance Film Festival (that's a really cool place to be right now ;D ).. he's probably off havin'g a great time wherever he is  What is the Sundance Film Festival? Sounds interesting. Started by Robert Redford in 1978. It's a festival (held in Park City, Near Salt Lake where he kicks off the Festival) where all the independent film makers get to show their films. You'll see all sorts of celebs. (place is crazy with people_ it's gotten so big over the years), network people, and just 'everybody'..LOL You can rent a place, wake up, put on skii's, open front door, and ski down the hill . It's so much fun. Then during the day/eve., go and watch some of these independent films (and watch the network people and producers etc. sit and scramble with their laptops and cell phones when the movie is good). YOu have to stand in line to get into the various places they either make into a theater (or an actual theater, ... sometimes they have several movies going at one time) .. and you never know who's going to be in line with you. hahaha (we saw Billy Crystal one year _ and he only had one or two folks with him but no-one bugged him at all). Honest, you never know what your going to see with these independents. Could tell you stories. yikes! There are also 3 ski resorts all together in one place (you hop a bus with your ski's and head out for the day (it's right down the road from Park City). Oh! and places to eat are fantastic! (fresh fresh fresh) Anyhow, it's fun.. (hope he's there ) |

He's amazingly graceful for someone so tall, he was skiing on MTV way back in the day, he's really really good at it. |

One will be the CD I am working on with Jeffrey Steele & Vicky McGehee, the team that brought you ‘Battle with the Bottle’. The other CD will be a straight up hard ass rocker, the follow up to ‘Angel Down’. I plan on writing this record with my band, Roy Z hopefully, & definitely Jamey Jasta of the band Hatebreed. Jamey & I are getting together this month to record some demos. I am not going to make a Hatebreed record, I am going to work on material with Jamey that will be heavy & anthemic but still make sense next to the other CD’s I have done. I am also planning on releasing a new DVD in 2009. Can’t go into the details quite yet, but there will be more hi quality live DVD material coming your way this year, a la ‘Roadrage’. Looks like I will be starting work on the new DVD this month. Don’t get confused by me doing a ‘country’ album and a ‘rock’ album at the same time. I have always hated labels. What I have learned over my lifetime is, I don’t make decisions for my voice, my voice makes decisions for me. I have to get out of the way of my own voice so it can be heard loud & clear. My only objective in making CD’s is to make them ‘good’. Hopefully these 2 new CD’s will fall into this category! All the best and hope to see you on the road again sometime soon! I picked 6 singers, 3 underdogs and 3 singers in bands that have had massive world-wide success. And as you can see, the underdogs have won with their flag-holder Sebastian Bach. So what should we do now? Well I want everyone that reads this to contact Sebastian Bach and let him know about this, its better if the fanbase does it, rather than me doing it. My pick was Mike from Steelheart, why, cuz he just has the best range of them all. From singing and screaming in these incredible notes that no-one can do as good as Mike himself. If I didn’t pick him, I had to pick Sebastian Bach, for his wide range of style. He sang in Skid Row, that skinny looking dude with a powerful voice what would make the biggest mountain shiver into dust. So with this poll and the attention that it had gotten, I would like to announce the best singer in the world, an accomplishment that no-one have had before: Sebastian Bach. Spread the word, everyone should know about this huge prize. The sad part here is that I can’t give Sebastian anything, we are a poor blog with no finances, everything is taken from MY wallet. I was also thinking since both will be Sebastian Bach CD's Im wondering if just maybe he will have a cross over song for each CD connecting them. Similar idea for the DVDbut Im still hoping it will be somewhat of an evolution DVD perhaps starting from theend of 05 beginning of 06 till now Videos for Battle with the bottl & Nov 20 would "ROCK". Day 67 & the countdown continues

Always' & never the same<((*_*)) <Im hoping, it's a great "ROCK" song I received my copy of 'Absence of Empathy' today and included with it was a copy of 'Daily Debachle'. The last entry in it, dated 6th January 08 (which I'm sure is supposed to be 09) was this, which I figured you guys would love to read too. My plan in 2009 is to release 2 CD’s if possible. One will be the CD I am working on with Jeffrey Steele & Vicky McGehee, the team that brought you ‘Battle with the Bottle’. The other CD will be a straight up hard ass rocker, the follow up to ‘Angel Down’. I plan on writing this record with my band, Roy Z hopefully, & definitely Jamey Jasta of the band Hatebreed. Jamey & I are getting together this month to record some demos. I am not going to make a Hatebreed record, I am going to work on material with Jamey that will be heavy & anthemic but still make sense next to the other CD’s I have done. I am also planning on releasing a new DVD in 2009. Can’t go into the details quite yet, but there will be more hi quality live DVD material coming your way this year, a la ‘Roadrage’. Looks like I will be starting work on the new DVD this month. Don’t get confused by me doing a ‘country’ album and a ‘rock’ album at the same time. I have always hated labels. What I have learned over my lifetime is, I don’t make decisions for my voice, my voice makes decisions for me. I have to get out of the way of my own voice so it can be heard loud & clear. My only objective in making CD’s is to make them ‘good’. Hopefully these 2 new CD’s will fall into this category! All the best and hope to see you on the road again sometime soon! I know I am slow to comment but WHOO HOO ;D ;D ;D ;D 2 cd's this year that is something to look forward too... So Ace once one is released you will be able to start a count down for next one ... Ok back to catching up on board I see alot has been happening been logging in to check but no time for posting... I will count them both here for now & will see if they come out around the same time. Maybe I will start new thread or keep this one going okay by me |
