Hmmmmmmm......well.....interesting....I have to say that Baz is by far and away NOT FAT at all...so im only assuming he's doing this for the $$$'s which in turn will help him with recording the new album, so if thats the case, then ya cant blame him for going for it and if it means we get to hear the new Album sooner and get to see the man on tour again, then its gotta be good for everyone...
Do they put these shows up on the Internet to watch?

This may be for the money but could also be good exposer for the new CD's. After filming this if he hit the studio & has them ready by the reunion show this could have benefits. Now I see nothing wrong with this boot camp style of training,not sure how this game is won maybe who looses the most weight? |

well, it must be for cash and gettin his name out there. Sebastian is nowhere near fat and u can tell by his twitter that he takes care of himself....running etc. He is goin to come off like an olympic contender compare to those others.

I'm sure the show will also be on the Internet to watch if VH1 puts it on their site. But who knows. Baz has not officialy confirmed that this is even true, yet. |

They weigh in each week individual and then they also have a team weigh in to determine which team is ahead. jojo |

Former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach will appear on the upcoming season of VH1's Celebrity Fit Club. Bach will be one of eight celebs trying to lose weight on the show's seventh season, which is currently being shot and will appropriately premiere on Valentine's Day, according to People.com. Constantly I read it Celebrity Fight Club. That would be something really interesting. (maybe coz Fight Club is one of my fave movies) This show will be fun to watch because there's Sebastian! It was nice to hear that he likes to be there and has fun! |

I started that with pizza and Daim cake. I'm mrs Piggy. Tonight I'll start a Sebastian Bach diet but he has to tell me how to do it. C'mon Baz! I'll start it with push ups etc. I was walking in the woods for 2h yesterday. Does it count? Does anyone remember that I promised not to buy shoes and clother for 6 months if he comes here... I remember so I'll have to do that but that's my pleasure and hubby's too. Modifying: My Bach diet is not working. I ate more that cake and now I'm drinking a beer, only one. I need those tips so bad. |

Just came from sauna. That "mobilises your fluids" pretty well. I'm having a beer..... and a dry cider as well. But I did my abs etc before my beer. |
