Sebastian has posted a video showing us the new cd/dvd packaging. Love Bobby's new drum heads! Would love to see the vinyl to but he didn't show it. Bought a record player on the weekend just so i could play it when I get it. Dusted off a few old records to try it out. Son was under strict instructions NO RUNNING OR THUMPING OR YOU WILL SCRATCH MY RECORD! damn! Heading out to FYE this week for the DVD, the 2 DISC set, TWO! lol (thank god fye is like 5 minutes away, cause my mind would be so wacked out, don't think I'd make it driving further before some cop thought I was nuts and put my ass away....why are u in jail, I was BACH BONKERS and they busted me. lol) Ok, I am losing my mind, or whats left of it.  lol What do ya know I was right, it did come out today. Cool that Dvd looks fantastic I want one... guess we will have to wait here in Oz for the release... I tell you I think Angel Down would have to be the only Album I have brought so many times I have the Aussie Version the American Version Now I want this version and I still want to get the Japanese version Oh and the Vinyl Record anymore news on that one???

Has anyone actually been able to get the Vinyl version? I pre-ordered through HMV and then the release date came and went and I heard nothing, then I emailed them and still heard nothing. Called them up a couple of days later and they said it never came into stock.....  |

If he choses to bring his family on tour with him, or to have them live nearby while he is recording his music, that is his choice. He is not the first rock star to do so, and I'm sure he won't be the last. I am for anything that makes life easier for him to make great music.
Which brings me to my second point. All that Sebastian owes his fans for the price of a ticket is a good performance. In the past he has given MUCH more than that, and it is unfortunate some fans have come to EXPECT a meet and greet or autograph signing after EVERY show. It is NOT a given that if you buy a ticket or an album that you get personal access to the band.

He edited yours too but it is short sweet and too the point. None of us has a right to say what he choose to do with his personal life. The person that posted was here to start a fight and bringing Maria into was just low. I for one am focusing on having a ball this Sunday and watching my daughter enjoy her first Sebastian concert. Should be a trip. |

FYE didn't have the CD/DVD when i was there to buy it. So I will buy it from Sebastians Site when he takes a break from all the cool things he's doing. I just hope to fuckin god he tours with five finger death punch next year. This is all i'm saying.

If I do not get to speak with him before or after a show it does NOT ruin my show experience. All he OWES me for the price of my ticket is a great show, and he has never failed to deliver that. Having said that, it had been more than 3 years since I had even seen Sebastian in concert or at a signing. I was looking forward to getting the opportunity to say hi. Mohegan Sun in CT was a scheduled signing. To have a 1 minute conversation with Baz, I drove 3 and a half hours one way, I stood in line for over an hour, I bought a second copy of his CD and had a great time talking to him. All of that was a BONUS to the show. If he hadn't done the signing, I still would have gone to the show, and I would have had a very good time. As a matter of fact, I did go again the next night at Jones Beach and though he did acknowledge me from the stage, that was the extent of the experience. I even think I liked the show much better than the previous night. |

GREAT DVD with alot of funny stuff in it and good stage footage... I laughed when Maria hustled up behind Baz and slapped his rear.... ;D They are an ADORABLE couple .. I always admired Baz's wife Maria because, she's stayed with him through thick and thin, she's supported him ALL the way through his career.. and most importantly she makes him Happy!!! I think every fan of Baz can love her for that! That buttslap was priceless.... |

Crikey!  Didn't see what was posted, but it must have been particularly nasty - especially as Baz had to get involved. That makes me very sad. One thing I really like about this board is how even though there are a lot of Baz-mad females on here, who think he's totally hot (ok, myself included *blush*), everyone is mature about it, and people have a great deal of respect and admiration for Maria, rather than taking against her just because she's Baz's wife. They obviously adore each other (a bit like Ozzy and Sharon - sticking together through anything life throws at them - I hope they wouldn't mind me drawing the comparison), and it's clear that Baz's family mean a great deal to him. Go Rocknrollmom! Don't know what Baz edited, but I think you summed it up perfectly - all anyone is 'owed' for a ticket is a good performance - we are lucky that he chooses to give so much time to the fans, and treats us how he'd want to be treated as a fan, instead of seeing us as money-making opportunities! |

Thanks to all who have offered me support. I have said my peace twice now and I will let it go.
I only watched the DVD once so far, I've been doing a lot of traveling - I only got home two days ago and am still adjusting to the time change and the 15 hours it took to get here. I will post more about the DVD when I get back to a bit more of a routine here and can dedicate better watching time to it.

I am going to that one since it's close to home here. (priest tomorrow Bach on tues) You really didn't have to explain anything to me since you could have told me to fuck off in the first place. You have been there since the beggining. Alot of time invested here too been looking forward to good things happening that's for sure.. now that the good things are happening why read the shit stirrers ya know.
