I'm still high from the experience of meeting and watching Baz perform (on the way home, I drove 40 miles north on 75 before I realized I should have been on 80 going east.. - that has never happened to me!-- couldn't keep the mind on the road just kept replaying last night over and over!) Talk about a rockin' show!- This one had ALL the trimmings, including a Harley - fun fun fun time! Anyhow, more to come.. once I've landed And this is to April. Hey Kathryn!! omg too funny that you were going the wrong way. I am so bummed today to be back to realilty, lol. I got home about 8pm last nite. So so so nice to meet you. Had a blast with you. I am so happy for you that you got to meet Sebastian. He is so great, lol. Ok, about the show.....Katkick and I got there pretty early. So we decided to drive around to find someplace to eat. Uh, no! There was nothing around the club. We drove around so much the quote for the day was "uh, didn't we pass this already", lmao. After we ate we headed back to club, still no one there, well maybe 1 car. I forget. We walked to the entrance of the lot so I could take a pic of the building/sign ( I know, I'm a dork). Then we see this car coming toward us to leave with a person in the passenger seat waving at us. I was thinking to myself "who the heck is this idiot". When the car got up to us I saw it was Mr. Bach himself, LOL!!! Too funny. He smiled and gave us the metal sign  As Kathryn said we were fortunate enough to talk to Sebastian briefly & get a pic. I get my camera out to take a pic of Baz & Kathryn and my freaking camera was not working!!! Jo, you are right, it is a curse. omg, I wanted to die. I said to him" I'm so sorry, I know you hate this", lol. Then he made the comment that Kathryn said above. Too funny. Well, I would like to go on record - I DO KNOW HOW TO USE MY CAMERA. lol. It was so dark back where we were talking to him. I could not see that my camera somehow had gotten on the wrong setting. I know Kathryn did not mind my technical difficulties since Sebastian had his arm around her the whole time. It was very nice of Sebastian to take the time to talk to us with his super busy schedule. He asked us if we were from Toledo, commented on both of our shirts and signed a J&H playbill from NC for me. The show was great. The opening bands were good. We pretty much missed the 1st band. Met a lady from the 2nd band, Stolen, in the bathroom who said her husband was their bass player - If you are reading this, you are right. They were great Sebastian sounded amazing as always. Even though we didnt get into the club til 8-8:30 we still managed to get up close (2nd row). We got lots of attention from him so that's always cool. The place was not sold out but it looked like decent turn out. I know everyone there was excited to see Sebastian that's for sure, LOL. I had such hard time taking pics between being so close and mostly from people bumping into me all nite, lol. I deleted lots of blurry pics, lol. Then once again I had several dudes trying to push me down and out of the way to try to touch Sebastian. That always fukkin happens to me!!! I don't get it. Dudes? Really? Whatever. Toledo definately loved Sebastian!!!!! I'll have pics to post tomorrow or Thursday. ~April |

- well, my stomach is still all knotted up and I can't seem to settle down (I keep pacing).. is this a normal first time reaction to meeting Baz? Also having some powerful withdrawal It's been 2 days now.. Let me just say, that after reading posts and seeing interviews about and with Sebastian, .. they were all Right ON the money. He is spectacular and down to earth cool.. ... but you HAVE to GO SEE HIM at one of these Headline Shows and you really get to see how cool he is. {oh I'm sure even the GNRoses is just the same in many ways.. but you gotta go see a Headliner.. just sayin'!} So, this is to any other NEW/newer fan.. GET TO THESE SHOWS!! You will NOT be disappointed!! It would be impossible to be disappointed. So, plane, train, auto, hitch.. it is more than worth the time, money or struggle to get there. April pretty much covered the night.. without getting too gushy.. I'll add.. (especially for all the newbies out there).. .... It was nothing like I anticipated.. It was beyond more... the music was OVER the TOP.. all the guys on stage were MORE than impressive, and Baz was way more than a nice cool dude (again, you have to go see him to know what I mean). Add too, That voice 'live' is overwhelming and better than anything at Disney World. I felt like I was 16 again all 'wild' and [fill in the blank here_____] (you just can't go out and buy 'that' in a 'any town' store). I did do a blog on myspace if you are interested in any other 'newbie' comments (oh yah,.. that Harley story is there too, not sure I should post it here).. ..(I almost don't want to be back in control and just keep replaying 11/26 over and over and over).. what day is it again?? huh? the next Headline show in the North East/ Midwest is when?..Did I eat today?huh?) P.S. ( I am 99.9% certain Baz meant he wanted one of the T-shirts you showed him April.. he'd probably get millions of them if I mentioned it here.. lol - I can see it now.. ha!) .. Also, thanks for showing all those pics of Sebastian as well as many of the board members. Yup, it's a very photogenic group Baz has here. ;D

Thanks!.. and .. what look? did I miss a 'look'? April probably saw it. lol The first time my sister tried to take a shot (and it was dark so the camera couldn't focus), it wouldn't take. He rolled his eyes and leaned his head on mine. She tried again. He gets that 'look' where you feel like a real jerk. lol But its just the way he is when cameras pull 'the curse'. But thank God we went back the next night, (and thank God we only were 15 minutes from the theater), and it worked fine. ;D Oh and Baz, u know there is a 'camera curse', otherwise it wouldn't happen so much. lol Maybe the camera is jealous. lol  |

I can tell you from experience...the feeling never leaves... You guys REALLY had a totally cool experience though...how awesome is that!!!!  I should have been there!!!  I can only hope that he comes back down to Tampa and headlines here...AND...Sebastian....if you are reading this...If- "Skid Row"-(NOT) can headline here...YOU KNOW YOU CAN!!!- YOU ARE MISSED!!!!
