I am a huge fan of Sebastian Bach and old Skid Row, but I was thinkin' kids.....and I don't think I'm the only one...What if you went to see a Sebastian Bach concert and there was no "18 & life", no "Slave" or "monkey" ? Would that be so bad? These songs are amazing but...I think that new songs and a new band with it's own identity would be incredible. Like Chris Cornell and Rage against the machine created "Audioslave" - if they didn't (& they might - I don't know) play "Jesus Christ Pose" they wouldn't be slaughted - because the have "Cochise" and "Like a stone" that has become the new reference point for their identities?? We are the fans of Bach right?? and shouldn't we let him create new songs that don't tie him to people that slam him down anyway? Nothing will ever take away the power of those songs and the memories they invoke - but I tell ya - I love to get in my car and scream down the autobahn at 200kms per hour to "Rock & Roll" with my girlfriend beside me and a doob between us - squeezing the life out of a redbull and thinking - "Baz - you don't need Skid Row - You have the power!!!!" Goddamn that kid has the power.

Fuck TRIZZA you sound highly intelligent dude!! That's a really insightful question.....I bet even Bach himself will answer this one? Well brother - rock on and once again, nice one man. Oh, yeah - a new band name and identity would rock - absolutely.........such a smart guy..... ;D

TEXT
Baz in many way's reminds me of OZZY.
If I go to see OZZY I want to hear Iron Man. Yes it came from his old band.
Tomany groups break up & just let the old songs Die. I for 1 Think it's great
That Baz Sings the old songs.
Yes there is room for new tunes & some songs may get phased out. But Slave to the Grind,18 & life,Youth Gone Wild & I remeber You are songs I would
Expect to here from Baz.
He play's for 2 Hours there is time For Stuff From an Absence of Empathy,Bring "em" Bach Alive & Bach 2 Basics.
He can throw in Jeckel "n" Hyde or any of the Broad Way tunes into the Mix.
I respect that Baz is not willing to just thorw the last 20 Years of Bach "n" Roll Away.

man - I totally respect that myself - I just think that he has two hours of new material inside him aswell and I for 1 would remember the past 20 years of his music with love and respect, but I would love to hear the rest aswell. I was a 12 year old in 89 and I remember the first time I ever saw Sebastian Bach speak on TV - He was load, and EXCITING and he was saying to me (by his vibe) - forget the shit in your life kid - Grow ya hair - think for yourself and HAVE FUN!! I think Skid Row were amazing - but as I said - I would love to hear the new stuff - so the Henning Pauly's - Shawn Gordon's - Snake Sabo's - Rachel Bolan's and anyone else who thinks the man can't write a song - get get on their knees and wet their lips.

Well as far as writing songs go.
Never turn my back on Rock "n" Roll from the Bring "em" Bach Alive CD proves he can Write.
I don't think he needs a Band Name he is a Solo Artist.
I do think he should put out the New Cd ASAP.
All the BS that happened with Skid Row is in the past.
The Frame Shift CD is great the Vocals are Great. the Music is great.
Baz needs to put out his New Stuff. The song Alway's & Never the Same from the Forever Wild DVD was great. 8 more of kickAce originals & the song Eternal Life or some other cool cover will make a Wicked CD.

To us he is a solo artist, but to the rest of the world who may not care about skid row or have kept up with his solo career - he could have a whole legion of new fans. Or fans of his new band - like Audioslave or Queens of the stoneage/Kyuss. This is only a thought and not a stab - so dont think I'm trying to put him down.

When people say, 'wow thats not like that person to be so nasty, or is actually a real creep', I had a teacher that said, 'they always were always that way and it was in them to be that way, it just didn't show up until now'.

I don't think we have to worry he will always play the songs we know & love, but as the years go on & he puts more songs out he will have to phase songs in & out. Just like others who have gone on to have successful solo carriers like Rob Halford,Ozzy & Dio.
Songs like American Metal Head , By your side & Stuck inside are a warm welcome to great songs like Done Bleeding,Slave to the Grind,Youth Gone Wild & 18 & life.
I think wait I know as Sebastian's solo carrier continues his set list will be so big that he has to phase songs in & out I say lets embrace the new with the classic
Ace,
