Tommy Lee on drums behind Baz would rock! Great if they sung together too. Love Tommy's stuff, not the techno stuff though.

i like velvet revolver , i would like to see sebastian as the front man but still i like VR alot.

Velvet Revolver ? .... i dont like this band, i've heard a ballad, and that wasn't bad, heard two other more rock / metal songs, and those weren't my cuppa tea at all . Besides, Slash may be a good guitar player, but his ego is WAY too big ! I dont think Baz would fit in this band....there can only be ONE ya know...meaning, having Baz as a frontman would take Slash too much out of the spotlights ....
Nope, Baz is better off without these guys.

i liked the bt5 they seemed like nice guys and everything but they were so so players who got a lucky break playing with baz.

Richie and Larry def. didn't fit with Baz. I liked the BT5 line up and love the current line up. Josh I thought Richie & Baz made a good team. Loved their collaborations on Done Bleeding,Counter Punch & the cover songs Children of the Damned,Mortorvatin / Fallenstar. The first time they hooked up of course was on Ace Frehley's Trouble Walkin for 3 Songs. Trouble Walkin To Young to die Back to School Not sure were Larry came into the Picture but he seem to be in one place at all time almost as if he just could not let go & just Rock. But I think they they did Great on Bring "em" Bach Alive along with Jimmy. I have only heard a hand full of the Bach Tight 5 But Angel Down Ripped you Away & of course Always & Never The Same are all great songs! Hope the are on the New CD? I like Paul Crook thought he was real good on Guitar. Did great job for Forever Wilds version of This is The Moment as well as on Amazing Grace & redoing the Intro on Rock Bottom I have both versions of that song. The New Line is by far the best on paper but I have not heard them yet. |

I saw Slash's name and want to ask if anyone saw the UK Music Hall of Fame? It was awesome. It's being repeated on BBC America. Try and catch it if you missed it.

my personal opinion on slash...
He is a brilliant song writer and creates beautiful solo's, but his live performance is nothing to shout about .. ive heard him missing notes and getting his finger stuck between strings ..

i know their names have been dropped, but paul gilbert and nuno bettencourt would make the best contemporary guitar combination for baz imo -

Baz & Zakk together Dam Thats a KILLER Duo Slash & Velvet are OK but would have KickedAce With Sebastian. Eddie well don't know what he is up to. Nuno & Baz I don't get the click at all. I hear Slash has quit VR maybe he will go solo again & maybe this time higher the right singer  Maybe Sebastian & Slash can put out those 5 songs that Sebastian sang when it was the Project? I know they also did Paradise City & Time Warp Live I guess will never know what could have been. |

But he did quit his wife not long ago..unless this is a rumor too but I'm pretty 100% sure he didn't. Oh well.. and maybe VR isn't really that great..for my opinion..but I think he played in awesome bands and he's a great musician like Baz too. he's actually one of my idol so. |

Slash is killer. They just picked the wrong singer for Velvet Revolver. Actually, no, they picked the right guy. Though he can sing anything, Baz is WAAAAY to heavy for the sound VR has. When you hear the new shit you'll know what I mean.

I want to hear some rough studio songs......... After watching Sebastian Slash & Duff on The Myspace site I have no doubt they would have made a good union. A small sample is the song Trouble on Duff solo CD which is awesome........... Can't wait for the Angel Down CD but it has been pushed back again from May 7 to June 15? I hope it's still ready by September................. My plans are to buy 2 one to crank & one for memorabilia but I may have to buy 3 cause when I get mine it may get worn out quick....... |
