I do wonder if it was official recorded and released on dvd or so, since the musical didnt get international...i didnt get the chance to see Bach perform  I would love to see it!! Anyone knows? |

i doubt any official recording of jcs with baz will ever be released. baz didn't leave the mccoy rigby production of it on good terms. it was a whole big drama kinda of like the frameshift 2 drama. lots of cancelled tickets, heated words between the production and baz. if you were on the old board you probably read it all there also. michele |

My wife and I saw him on Christmas day (of all days) in Fort Lauderdale. It rocked! I wish I could find a CD from that cast. Can't even find bootlegs, it sux.

i got a very bad real media copy of baz singing gethsemane... but its really worth a listen.. Baz's vocals on that song was awesome..

This recording was on some dude's web site and baz posted the link to the song on his site at one time. I remember the dude getting upset because baz didn't mention him when he put up the link. again. this is the same link that Baz put on his site a while back. Some dude has a website where he collects different versions of the song from different people, and then puts them on his site.

Josh I tried that link .... first i got the damn 404 error page, and when i look it up again some time later, i got some religeous site with NO songs :-( ...maybe he'll do it on some show some day, like he did with This Is The time in Baltimore....one can always hope no ?  |

The only other thing of have seen of Jesus Christ Superstar with Baz is the advertising poster so it was good to see some actually footage. I guess it is rare to have recordings of plays so good on JCS4eva who posted it on utube. I have never seen a play before (apart for my sons school plays) but what I saw looked great - espescially the bit where he faces off with Carl Anderson (did Baz give him a nipple cripple lol). Even as Jesus we get to hear Sebastian's trademark scream - love it. |

Keep in mind it's still just home video with good editing. Sebastian sang Amazing in that play & I for 1 do look forward to him doing more plays. |
