Yes, thanks again Ace. It does sound like another interesting show, one more I can't wait to see. But, like you, I soooooo hope they at least bring out a CD of the music they've all performed on this show. I'm wondering if Sebastian is a little disappointed with it too. He seemed to think that this one wouldn't be like Super Group where so much of the music was cut out in each episode. And now they're doing it in this one too!!  Well i for one dont think this show is ANYTHING like supergroup at all ! I like this one FAR more! Sure, there's not been that much music in it, but then again JR said he wanted them to really learn where that type of music comes from, so i think it's prety normal we get to see how the cast is introduced to the "country" way of life  I agree completely. It's sooo much better. I just meant as far as not showing their performances in full. |

Yep, like you said Baz is a perfectionist and he does that way - why not. That kind of man (Lorenzo) doesn't get kudos from me.  You need to explain to kids. I've cleaned half liter of milk from the floor several times because of my dear daughter but the answer is not yelling, even when I sometimes really feel like it. Wonder how Baz and Maria has survived with their little princess - changing diapers, cleaning floors and all the MESS, etc.  But maybe Paris and London are big help. |

Ok so I was watching the show tonight. And to start off they had a challenge where they got to shoot Bo & arrows first at targets,when Sean picked one up everyone else turned & headed the other way just to be safe. After they all got a shot or 2 off it was time for a clothing change. They got dressed up in camouflage & boots,Ted Nugent would be proud. So after this it was off to hunt for dinner which had me a bit surprised cause I remember Baz not wanting to shoot an animal one time on Forever Wild with Ted. But after they all shot there animal it turned out to be Rubber Prey that put a smile to my face ;D & had me laughing hard. So now they where off to perform there songs for JR at a place looked to be named :oBroadway  ,I was thinking HELL YEAH this is Sebastian's bar to jam. Ok so they are all Jamming there songs & impressing JR even Sean hit every note & finished her song. Mik sang her song(Your ugly when your drunk) & told the cast she is friends with all but is here to win, Chris tells JR he's not sure it's fair to the crowd cause he has a home studio & can make music anytime he wants,words that would tick JR off & Chris would express his regret in saying them even pulling JR off to the side saying he dose really want this. Mr. Jackson played his song & JR tells him he's to nice will he bring the fire need to win? Lorenzo played his song On a Steel horse I ride I kept think dude you stole that line from Bon Jovi?  Ok so I left the best story for last. As had been reported Baz wrote not just 1 song but 3. Mik was saying had she known she could write more than 1 she would have,Baz dedicates 1 more battle with the bottle to Sean who was brought to tears & conectng with Baz on a pure level of friendship & music I can not remember the middle song name but #was One more battle with the bottle & #3 was/is Jumping off the wagon which like many of *us* had everyone impressed. all agree Sebastian came up with some great songs JR tells Baz you have a tough decision because 1 & 3 are both great but different in style. Baz says ok I have decided IM going to do both of them. JR looks firmly & says no your not everyone gets 1 song only. Now those of us who have read the review Sebastian Bach Kicks Country music's ass know he sang one more battle with the bottle but after hearing & seeing Jumping off the wagon on youtube are saying was that just practice or did they let him perform both of them??? Very nice review!!  I personally believe that both One more battle with the bottle & Jumping off the wagon have huge potential in country music. Also believe it or not so does By your side. The really cool thing with Baz is he is so versatile, so he really does have the music world in the palm of his hand. LOL If they do get released on country radio I cannot wait to request my fingers off for them. ;D |

The show was great last night. I LOL when you wrote about the steel horse, Ace. My husband turned to me and said "Hey Babe, isn't that a Bon Jovi line?" I don't think he did it intentionally, but the song writers should have known better. What happens is everyone thinks of Wanted Dead or Alive instead of the song he's singing when you use a famous lyric like that. Anyway, on to the man-he was awesome, he literally rocked country! I liked all of the songs, but the 3rd song, Jumping off the Wagon was great! I love how he dedicated the first song to Sean Young, how lucky she must feel. I think she really grew to love our Baz!
On the other discussion people were upset that Baz had three songs ready. They all could have done that, he was prepared and I think that was great. If these people were really into winning and they had these great song writers there, why not take advantage of it and write some material like Baz did. In no way is being prepared unfair.
I hope he wins, he certianly deserves it!!!!

Baz shows up with 3 songs ready to go that shows he's not in this just for the camera following him around,he's there to make music. I understand why JR told Baz no to doing both songs,he is just following the rules. And Lorenzo has to know that On a steel horse I ride is straight out Wanted dead or alive,you don't have to be a fan of Bon Jovi to know this. Chris really did stick his foot in his mouth by saying I can make music when ever I want. Sean has shown that hard work & dedication will get her through the song but I don't believe she has the talent to go to the next level which of course is what this show is about. Mr. Jackson may have a great Voice but his song was not as good as Sebastian's. I really have enjoyed this show for what it is but I wish it would have shown more music. Obviously the cast has spent time working on there music & they have shown next to none of it. I was thinking about what Baz said about filming 3 more TV shows & I hope 1 of them is him making a record of his new music,a show about music where the real focus is the music. Baz came up with 3 songs in a short time with the help of Jeff & Vicky. If they where to record all 3 song + Always on my mind & Whisky river bang we got a 5 song EP I wonder if the video will debut right after next weeks finally?  Now if they where to add the Angel Down Version of By your side it's up to 6. The most powerful man in the world ( 7 )would also sound great but maybe IM digging to deep in the past but they are all great songs And of course Im always into special guest lol Jon Rich & Jeff Steel are great but hey how cool would it be if Baz could get Axl to sing another song with him or Tom Kiefer to play Guitar on Jumping off the wagon. I also hope his band some how is involved Bobby on the drums would so "ROCK" ok Im heading off to left field. Next week is the last show I hope all questions are answered, BAZ WE ARE ALL ROOTING FOR YOU TO WIN............... ;D |

Your welcome, I love doing the review,I look forward to seeing Baz on the TV every Friday night. I wish we all could see it but when I found out that was not possible I thought a little play by play might help. I hope it's an hour long show but I have no idea I was thinking it would totally Kick Ass if after the show they aired Sebastian's new video for the song One more battle with the bottle. Again we won't know for sure who won till Fr. but in my Heart I believe Baz deserves to win it. When it came to songwriting he went above & beyond working hard on 3 songs instead of just 1. All 3 songs are cool in the short clips they played. I hope this show comes out on DVD with full length videos & behind the show footage. It would also kick ass if Sebastian dose win for them to give him a spin off show. Follow him into the studio to record these great songs Ok Im off into the deep end again. ;D |

 Ok In the end their can only be 1 JR & Nashville saw what we have know all Along. Sebastian Bach is #1 I would like to say thank you to all the cast,they all "ROCKED" IMO I did not agree with Mr. Jackson being the top runner. Chris did a great job. Mik went out there performed amazing but she made major mistakes along the way. She stopped in the beginning of her song & told the story of what it was about,she pulled a little kid on stage which normally is great but not while your trying to keep people thinking about your song. Loreazo came out & sang his song which again I still believe Bon Jovi came up with on a steel horse I ride first in fact I know it. Sean came out & Nailed her song but it was not that great. When Sebastian hit the stage & sang his song it was absolutely Amazing We all got to see it early but no doubt CMT has a Pro~ version. I had no doubts that Baz was going to win this. Sebastian you are the #1 singer of Rock You took Broadway by STORM!!!!!!!!! Now you are going country. I know what Bach's going to do so let me tell country music get ready for some Kick ass music by #1 SEBASTIAN BACH!!!!!!!  |
