Ok so I watched the show & so far it "ROCKS"... opening day they meet up 2 by 2. Baz meets up with Chris who turns out to be a big fan,Baz say's right on but can't pin point who he is & admits he feels rotten about it. So the all dive to the house the will be living in chat talk & realise someone is missing.
I don't know all the names yet so please for give me.
But they head out to a tour bus on there to dinner. But there is a catch they have to sing for their supper cause nobody rides for free. They all sing a song & get good reactions. Sebastian sang I remember you & received a great ovation. He did tell the TV viewers that he was new to Country music & it was time for Nashville to pop his cherry lol He also stated something that actually has been said for many years that he was a fan of Willie Nelson. Baz said to the country music world Here I am.
I know I messing up & this is not going to be a full out review but judge from what i have seen Baz is as "Always" the man to beat. I think he has a great shot at winning this & I look forward to to the next couple of weeks enjoying the show.
I hope to watch it again later & post more....

So far the show rocks. Baz was a little off on "I Remember You". Actress Sean Young murdered "Hey Good Lookin" Irene Cara was the missing person. She is know for Fame, and that is the song she sang. Lorenzo Lamas said the band played his song too slowly, so he kind of clowned it up a bit. Sebastian greeted Lorenzo warmly, talking about his role in Grease trying to impress "Olivia Neutron Bomb". It was funny how embarrased Baz was that he couldn't place Chris from N'sync. He finally said something like N'sync, Backstreet Boys, they are all the some thing to him, one big 10 peice boy band with interchangeable members. John Rich was funny as the MC - he was in disguise and making some wisecracks about the performers on stage. This looks like it will be a better show for Sebastian than Supergroup was. At least the first episode was.

Ahh good post, John Rich was funny & I new it was him when i first saw it lol Im reading your post thinking how cool it would be if "WHEN" Baz wins this & John produces Sebastian's song if They got Carrie Underwood & or Willie Nelson to guest with Baz...... I loved Baz answer when John said what do you think of Carrie & he said I think she has great taste lol That "ROCKED".... Having just saw a clip of Carrie & Vince Neil jamming on stage I think She & Baz could defiantly make some killer songs... ;D

Sounds like fun show! Thanks Ace and RnRMom for the little revievs of the show. Your welcome... so far it is a fun show. From the previews into the next couple of shows ,there is going to be some drama, fun & "JAIL TIME lol I was just thinking there is a part where John say to Baz & You...... Baz say's what I haven't done anything lol John say's not yet but let me give you some advice is you say something to much they will cut you off? ? Not sure what that meant. Baz seem to like Chris's voice even coming off with some crazy word that they gave a definition meaning saying it was pleasant/very good. As the weeks go on I will try & fill in the blanks & I look forward to reading other fan opinion as to what is going on... haaa the We like it loud video has just come on

Ok so tonight was the second installment of the show...Mrs. Young was slamming down the red whine & goes country crazy, running through the halls in & out of everyone's room. Irene decided after 3:00 am enough was enough & she was leaving? IM not sure if she comes back to the show? Baz had to Lay down the "Law" & tell Sean This Party's over now "GET THE FUCK OUT" The cast earlier in the night had to go on a long hike to eat supper. Irene felt she was not hungry & should not go but stay home & work on music, the rest of the cast shared some story's found out they had a lot in common But remember this is where Sean got crocked & some of her comments seem out of place. Especially when Mikelah was telling a piece of her life. Ok more on this after I watch it again

Gone Country is seriously funny, dont ask me how i got my hands on the show all the way in Malaysia..but i got it. The cast is such a weird mix, i wonder who it was that decided the list of celebrities.. I do think that Baz is the man to beat as he came into the show with the right motivation, and baz showed his sweet side when he comforted a crying Mikalah when she was talking about the death of her family member.
cant wait for the next episode

yeah, I liked when he comforted her. He's always been a very compassionate person. I'm glad they showed that side of him.

OK so yesterday was the 3rd installment of the show. First off Irene has left the show. Sean gives apologies for the night before. Everyone gets a chance to talk with her,Baz tell her he knows it sucks to watch people have 3 or 4 glasses of whine & remain fine,he said people like you & me(Baz) have a few & a chemical imbalance happens & we change.
So then they all get to choose a song Baz chose You where always on my mind by W. Nelson. But when he got on stage he had to break the ice, after all he was playing to a prison. He got the band to join in with him to Whisky River,This did not sit well with John who said I know you can "ROCK" show me some country, show me what you got Baz sang his song & John was not only happy but visually excited .
Ok sorry for the short review but IM getting ready for work, will post more later...

Thank you Ace. It's really great of you to do this for all of us who can't watch it for ourselves yet when we're all busting to know the 'latest'.

Yeah, cheers for that Ace. I can't wait to see the next episode once it's up on the website
Shame about Irene leaving - she seemed nice enough - unlike Mikalah Gordon. I've never seen her on anything else, but in that first episode I felt she came over as a pushy, bitchy little madam, sniping about Sean Young when she struggled with the showboat performance, and practically throwing herself at Lorenzo Lamas.
I honestly think Baz is the one with the voice best suited to country, though I feel like all of the others (with the exception of whiny cow Mikalah, who has a good voice but has blotted her copy book with me by being mean) deserve to do well.
Hope I've not offended anyone with my frank opinion venting of Mikalah Gordon!

It's a shame Irene left Mikalah did a crazy interview with her self about the subject With Irene out that is one person left not in the compition. Also looks like Mikalah & Chris have some sparks flying for next week,I thought she was into Lorenzo but I guess we will have to wait & see. Re run tomorrow I will re watch & post more

Did I hear Sebastian right? Did he actually say, "I forgive Sean's disease but I don't forgive her.' Shouldn't it be the other way around??

I was a bit surprised at how cold he sounded. You would think that since he also has an alchol problem he would be more sympathetic. Maybe she's a victim of the editing the way Baz was during Supergroup?

Oh well, guess I haven't actually seen what she did yet, not being able to watch the show as yet. Maybe it'll make more sense then.
I actually don't think you can purely blame the alcohol for all the bad behaviour that comes out of people when they are drunk. Usually the thoughts and feelings are in them to begin with and the alcohol just lets their defences down allowing them to pop out.
Judging by everyone else's response that I've seen some of though, she must have been pretty bad.
And I also think people generally forgive men more for being drunk than women, especially the chauvenists among us.

I know sometimes I speak too fast and what I say sometimes comes out backward (especially if I'm tired )

I meant my head goes faster than the mouth. See what I mean? (not kidding) I mean what you know It happens to all of us sometimes. Like Peggy said it happens to all of us sometimes. If I'm having a bad day sometimes I'd like that someone taped my mouth.. while opening mouth: every single sentence is pretty tight, and much more "harder" than I really would like to say. So I'm not the one who's throwing the first stone here cause I'd get stoned myself pretty quickly. ;D So I'm like a little frog: kvaak kvaak
