Listen to this, this is horrible..  A friend of my brother's who lives in Danbury, CT told us that THIS radio station radiotime.com/station/s_21226/FM_104_One.aspx said the following on the air:
"WURH XM is boycotting all of Skid Row/ Sebastian Bach songs, will not play any of his music until he appologizes to the fans that he sued for copyright infringment.. because if it were not for those fans he would not be who he is today....it is time for Baz to get off his fat ass and get out of the country music industry and back where he belongs."
I posted this information so that Baz and his manager can be aware and take action.

He belongs wherever he wants to belong. Thanks for posting this. I agree. Sebastian can sing what ever he wants. He is not leaving his Rock roots. And who said that he has to sing just Rock? All he is doing is expanding is talent to another genre of music. No one owes anyone an apology if any laws were broken. Hopefully, this won't get blown way out of proportion like yesterday's post. Everyone has different opinions on this subject. Hopefully there will be some positive posts from this point on.  ;D |

That's what I thought, but thats what it says so I was just trying to clarify since I hadnt heard about it ;D There are many ways to infringe on copyrights not just music ~just sayin' (I have no clue what this is all about) and if it's really a fan, (don't know of any confirmation to that fact), why are they infringing on copyrights enough to get sued over it? (and I've not seen any cofirmation to that statemente either btw.) Not making sense to me. CT may just have a few crackpots or something. __people can boycott radio stations too .. sponsors/ advertisers of that station etc. * |

www.1041music.com/main.html that's to the actual site and its a clear channel station. Like I said before one station doesn't really equate to much, but Sebastian could go for slander because of false allegations that he sued fans over a copy right infringement. I'm not saying I'm just sayin...... By the way its a modern rock station

This is why word of mouth shit sucks,If they are thinking he sued the guy's named on blabbermouth they are mistaken. Especially since one of the names was mine. I'm glad I'm just a little peon in PA.
Is Sebastian okay with all this going on? He would be the main concern cause this has to be eating him up...I think he should make a statement and let it be heard!!!!! I'll stand behind him...

Blabbermouth - UGH!!!!! I post there, have for years, so maybe im being hypocritical, but they make me sick with the way they report stuff sometimes and blow things out of all proportion, maybe I need to stop posting over there. It can be a great source of News alot of the time, but sometimes they really lose the plot over there...

This is not the first time, this has been heard about radio stations going to boycott music by artists when they try to threaten fans for infringement or anything like that. It is a ploy to cause trouble and bring claim to fame for the station in question. This was done a few years back in the midwest. (but not to Sebastian). and to this day the radio station still denies this fact. So this does not surprise me but it does upset me.
For many years I have followed Sebastian's music and to this day I still find him to be the best vocalist out there and probably the best looking that ever walked the plane. Sebastian you by far are the god of metal. and possibly soon the voice of the 21st century of country musicians as well.

These things what have happened here lately made think that do I have to change my style how I'm writing here. I really don't want to harm Baz and those suckers are lurking here and twist the info what they've found. Frustrating. How frustrating is it to Baz. Now I really can see it why he doesn't post that often and he must think it at least twice what he writes here. RnrMom you're right, this is a public place. That kind of frustrates me too. Then they won't get the satisfaction that are seeking. Listen to any station in the area but that one and they will stop eventually.
