BACH IN NORWAY JULY 2007
We are so excited to play our first ever Headline Show in a country of my ancestry, NORWAY. We will play Kvinesdal Rockfestival, in Kvinesdal Norway on July 13th 2007 ! Also on the bill is an incredible singer named Jorn, who I look forward to checking out live.
I am very excited to visit a country where my ancestors lived. My Grandmother's Grandparents both came from Norway to America in the 1800's. Some of the places in my family tree include Ringsaker, Hedmark, Vardal, Hamar, & more. My family came from somewhere called Siberthusit (sp?) which was also one of our original Norweigan surnames , along with 'Elverum' another family surname. My great-great Grandparents emigrated from Stravanger Norway & ended up starting American life in Westby WI , where they "spoke Norweigan on the streets" according to my great Aunt Margaret, who is 93 years old & still alive & kickin' in Cleveland OH.
I look forward to visiting some of the places my ancestors lived & breathed while I am in Norway. Any Norweigan rockers out there who feel like giving me a sight seeing tour, on the day off, of any of these place I have mentioned , email me on myspace - I would love to see the places responsible for bringing the world Sebastian Bach! Some would say you have alot to answer for ! See ya soon NORWAY !!!

It's great they are going to tour again. I am wondering if they are going to hook up
with Guns or Oz fest . I want him to Rock the states. The closesthe has come to Buffalo
sinnce the last Time at the Fun House was November with Guns.

Yeah, its hard to get a update before anyone. Congrats! Wow, he really knows his ancestry. Wish my grandparents were still around to tell me more about our ancestry. (when we were kids, we didn't listen much, then when we get older we feel sorry we didn't).
Wonder if he'll get one of those helmuts with the horns. lol

That is REALLY COOL...aint it? How AWESOME!!!!! I would LOVE to go!!!!! Let's hope we will see more tour dates filling in-in the States!!!!! ;D

I'd love to be his guide. Damn now I want to be Norweigan. Lol. Well I don't know so much of Norway, only been there couple times. But anyway chooce me. I'll learn everything from the books.

I was supposed to see Skid Row supporting G'n'R back in '92, but Axl decided to hang in Paris to get drunk instead. Fucker...
They came back to headline some shows with LA Guns, but of course I got sick and couldn't go...
But anywho. YEY! Finally it's my turn!

And by the way; We don't usually walk around with those helmets. That's just the drunk sportsfans.
And another thing. My father acctually comes from Vardal, that Sebastian mentioned as one of the places his forefathers originated from, so I'll be glad to give him the grand(?) tour! (It's basically a tree and a barn....)
