In a message dated 2/24/2009 11:30:13 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, aeparente@optonline.net writes: Hello Metallians, Hope all of you are doing well and are enjoying 2009. This year will be another busy one for me and I wanted to keep in touch more closely with everyone via a Monthly E-mail to say hello and fill you in on the latest. This will be a direct correspondence from me to you. I have read every e-mail that came in 2008 and we have been doing some thinking around here. No, while there are not too many of “us” here at CMM, the ones that work with me closely have decided to put few things forward for 2009 and beyond. If you visit my website www.MetalMike.net you will find a February News Release that talks bout a few new things on the horizon for me. Just to give you a snippet of the info: – CMM Entertainment partnered with Chicago’s MMW Marketing for business representation – I’m working on new yet un-disclosed music for 2009 release. – Last, but not least, 3 Halford release “Resurrection” (Remastered), Live Insurrection (Remastered) and Blue Ray version of Live At Rock In Rio III will be available in March. Check out a new Halford ad in curret issue of Metal Edge magazine on newsstands now. And, well to be very honest – I missed playing ridiculous Metal live – Metal Mike style – So, I’ll sprinkle some live dates here and there while finishing the releases we are preparing. ALERT: If you are a guitar player that wants to get better (NO Matter where you live), or wants to spend the Summer playing guitar with others into the same style of music that you are – get in touch with us at CMMENT@Planetshred.com, because we have something in store for you. If you would like not to receive any further info, please reply with the message REMOVE. That is all for now – Metal Forever! Thanks guys and gals! Keep it loud!! Metal Mike ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` Im passing this on just got it checking out my Email

More on this news from Blabbermouth --- "Metal" Mike Chlasciak (SEBASTIAN BACH, HALFORD, PAINMUSEUM), considered by many to be one of metal's premiere guitar shredders, is currently in the studio finalizing pre-production for new solo material, after concluding a U.S. trek as a sideman axe-slinger for ex-SKID ROW singer Sebastian Bach. Bach toured the sheds and arenas last summer with DOKKEN and POISON on the "Live, Raw & Uncut Summer Tour". An official announcement regarding the project is expected sometime early spring.
In other news, Chlasciak has signed a personal representation deal through his C.M.M. Entertainment, LLC, with Chicago's sports and entertainment company MMW Marketing, LLC.
MMW Marketing is a growth- and revenue-driven firm specializing in development, marketing and personalized guidance of sports and entertainment firms and individuals.
MMW Marketing's founder Mark Washo commented on the new venture: "Heavy metal has always been a very positive part of my life; something that has provided me with inspiration, motivation and a sense of belonging. I have always felt the cross over between professional sports and music as very strong. I am looking forward to put forth my experience and feel privileged to be able to work with an incredibly talented musician such as Metal Mike. Mike has built a great career to this point; however, I feel the sky is truly the limit with Mike's future."
Asked about the new choice of representation, Metal Mike replied, "I have always been impressed with Mark's ability to find answers and new ways to create opportunities. At this time in my life and career, I am only interested in working with motivated, honest and outside the box thinking people. With several soon-to-be-disclosed endeavors on the horizon for me, I am excited to welcome Mark and MMW as a part of my team. To the future!"There's a few comments in there that are making me wonder if this new "sky is the limit" future will include working with Sebastian!! Hope so.
