this is fraud: cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250369030890unfortunately 'angel down' was never released on vinyl, & there are absolutely no plans now whatsoever to release it on vinyl. I was lied to by DR2 Records in the UK about this coming out, & I apologize personally to anyone that paid for a record that never came out. After spending hours designing the double-gatefold album cover sleeve, doing countless interviews hyping the release of 'Angel Down' on vinyl, I was told months later that DR2 decided not to put the record out after all. I give up trying to figure this business out , so please forward all questions regarding 'Angel Down' on vinyl to: Demolition707@aol.com . It was their idea to create this embarrasing situation in the first place. My personal apologies to all who wanted to hear me & Axl rock out on vinyl, & to anyone out there who paid for a 'pre-order' all I can say is, sorry, we were just joking. |

actually the more i look the more i'm seeing that it's being sold as preorder all over the internet at different places. isn't there something baz could do to have them remove it since it doesn't exist? just wondering. one place even has the release date as 2/10/09 but then says for availability currently out of stock  jojo |

I'm sure that if any of those places are truly legit, they wouldn't have any problems refunding customers pre-orders to keep from damaging their credibility. Just my 2 cents.  |

I heard of the item on E-bay but since Baz hadn't announced the item to us HIMSELF, I knew something wasn't right... and it sucks that some asshole picked Baz as way to fraud people out of money.

If anyone has pre bought this vinyl from Ebay, you may need to contact the seller and request a refund. Seller informed me that he/she was not aware of the vinyl NOT coming out and ended the item early. |

This is the 3rd release date on an item Sebastian has already said is not coming out.
