Happy St. Patricks Day
did you know:
Everyone wears green on St. Patricks Day to honor the Emerald Isle. If someone forgets to wear green on St. Patrick's Day, those who are wearing green are allowed to give the offender a pinch as a reminder. However, if you pinch someone who is wearing green, that person gets to pinch you back ten times!

I had never heard this until I move out to Hawaii. The legend I grew up with was that you had to go to city hall and have your ass painted green  |

For the amount of Irish I am ( less than an eighth) I'm doing a lot of celebratin.  I'm making corned beef and cabbage, mashed potatoes and Irish soda bread. I also baked green cupcakes to send to school with Owen. |
