This is so painful - I'm pretty sure that I don't have the money to travel in Norway, pay the hotels, etc... Norway is expensive country. I must be pretty desperate cause I'm even thinking about bank loan to get there. Yep, I've chosen to be home with my kid but this is so painful - good God bless my soul - I need a fix of rock and roll!!!! I really hope that you Savage can go there.

Savage good luck I really hope you get to go I was about your age when I went to my first Seb concert, My parents would not let me go with out a chaperone so conned a family friend told her it was a school concert we had to go funny thing she did not realise until we where there and then said to my sister and I, girls are you sure this is for school he just swore. Anyway I have everything crossed for you good luck. Papillion78 a bank loan sounds like a fine investment to me, but I know it is hard as a Mum you feel guilty treating yourself to anything, but a happy Mum means happy household so talk to the bank you deserve it Momma needs her Rock and Roll ;D ;D ;D

Yeah I'm keeping everything crossed for you too. I wish you both the best of luck!! It must be so hard for you to read about others on the board getting to meet Seb and the band and others going to the gigs when you're not even sure if you'll have the same chance. So, like I say, everything crossed!!

-Aussiegirl, that was funny. I wish we had that kind of stuff in our school. ;D
I'm very happy for you guys who can see his shows. I wish his all shows will be sold out. I'm not bitter at all - this is just life. I can't have everything, and I'm very grateful for everything I have: healthy daughter and loving husband. Ofcourse I'd love to see him but hopefully next time - next year??. It would cost our family to get in Norway nearly 1000euros only to fly there plus hotel, food, tickets to festival, taxis etc... and we'd be there only about two days.

Do you think that they have age limit? I didn't see any warnings about it on their net pages. I'd say they don't have any limits if it's not said on their site. ...hope I'm right. It would be correct if they answered to your mail, hope they will.

Maybe Papillion.. Finland is next to Norway aight.. Sooo, I don't know.. I found this subject today. (I think it means you're not allowed to go inside with alcohol. ) When you go to www.kvinedsalrockfestival.no there is on the right side two flags and you can choose language Norwegian or English. I'm much better with English but I can understand some Norwegian, because I can some Swedish and they are a bit similar languages. PS: it's Sweden that's mostly next to Norway, but you're partly right, the Northern parts of Norway are right next to Northern Finland. PSS: it's pretty obvious that it's bothering me that I can't go to Kvinesdal because I have dreams at night that I'm trying to meet him and damn I'm so nervous being late from the show!!

I know it's in English, but when I turn that up there's less information than when I turn it in Norsk.. So pretty weird.

Found this (the same you did, I suppose) Aldersgrenser: Tordag: Fri aldersgrense (alkoholservering på avgrenset område) Fredag og Lørdag: 18 år. Det gis ikke anledning til å komme inn i følge med verge. It means that there is no age limit on Thursday but on Friday and Saturday it's 18 years. I'm sorry!!!! (aldersgrenser=age limit)

(aldersgrenser=age limit) man!!!!that's really sad with the age limit . I mean , we are almost all over 18 ,but what is with savageanimal? That only what she want is to see Baz. I find it really stupid that a fan wich is younger as 16 or 18 not can get the chance to see him.

I'm sorry Savage!! I don't understand these age limits in a festival. They anyways have a beer tent (closed area) so what's the point?? They could stop young people there.
That's also one reason I can't go too, if I had money, I couldn't take my daughter there. How could music "damage" her? Ofcourse we'll buy that equipment that helps you to protect hearing and we are taking care of her, we are not drinking we'd be there for rock and roll.

I can't go too. I'm hoping for next year, if he comes to Europe again... My boyfriend doesn't like R&R (weirdo), so he can stay with my 2 year old son. But I don't leave him at home, maybe we can go there for a holiday. Maybe Italy, Norway or Germany?? I keep my fingers crossed for you Savage! I hope you'll figure something out to go after all!!

Hey Savage, just an idiot idea; I've never been to such a festival, but I can't imagine they check everybody's age at the entrance. You could try to go and come in (don't know how old you look). I know it is a huge risk (what if they pick you out of line) but maybe worth it?? As I said, idiot thinking, but as it's that important to you.

Myself I would have tried that cause I'm so tall and I looked older than I was. So how do you look?

I'm a bit small, and I've got a kind of a babyface (oh yeah that sucks) and if I go and they don't accept me, I waste like €550,00 euros for nothing. So it's a big risk. Haha maybe Baz is tuning in this week and goes like: Aaah noooo a fan can't come becuz of her age I send her backstagepasses.. No, haha that would be idiot.
