I'm taking binoculars so I can get a close up of Baz - I'll look out for your sign LOL. I'm just as bad - have Sebastian Bach on google alerts so I get heaps of stuff automatically sent - unfortunately it sends me stuff on Johann Sebastian Bach as well.

Thanks Savage they look like good seats, never sat that side before at Boondall, I was way up the back on the other side for Motley Crue last time I saw Seb was at Festival Hall and I loved that venue really quite small but it felt more like a party.
SSnow, that is funny I was gonna get google Alerts, but haven't yet, binoculars great idea close up of Seb, mmmmm

It's been 17 years since we last had Baz in Brisbane so those of you still waiting to catch him live don't give up.  (My ticket from 1990 and a promo bill - still got them after all these years) |

Cool thanks for that ssnow, well done I wish I knew where my tickets to that show was I have a guitar pick too some where in a box in the garage I am gonna try sort through it all one day soon, I have heaps of Videos ect I know I have an Interview with Dave and Baz on MTV just hope they all still work I want to put them on you tube so I can share them and the tour shirts I know they are in there too. I have been putting off going through my boxes though cause I did have them stored at my parents place had heaps of magazines too but they had a little flood and they all got wet, so I had to turf them,  so I have no idea what I actually have left, did not want to look to hard as it was all to sad.  |

I live really close to the venue and I know I could post a review before aussiegirl but I'm going leave it to her to write because I know she will do a much better job than me. Just can't wait to buy a angel down shirt - probably wont have my size but I'm going to buy one anyway. The concert is so close now I just can't stop thinking about it ;D When it's over I can demand Baz to come back - not being to greedy am I.

The size I got is SMALL and I'm just a little girl and it fits fine, so it looks like we've got past the days when all the Ts are only in Mens' sizes, thank God. So it looks as though there'll be a good range of sizes  |

Wow the board is so active tonight have heaps of reading and catching up to do...
I have only been having quick glances today, not my usually addiction day, been busy catching up and housework boring I know but I have also been making my Banners to take to concert, so not all boring, and I am sitting here in my flannelette PJS ( It is friggin Cold Here) covered in glitter form the banners LOL, yes I am taking banners I will embarrasses the shit out of my friends but I do not care, and they are gonna help me hold them weather they like it or not....
ssnow wouldn't it be great if it was only us two LOL, I could handle that, I would share Baz with you, but really my ultimate concert would be all us freaks at one concert, that would rock, Sebastian would stand no chance. and I think you would do a marvellous review, so go for it.
Oh and I promise I will write a review I will try my hardest to do it when I get home but I live like at least and hour from Boondall, and we have to drop everyone home so I recon I will be home about 3.30am, OMG my kids are gonna love me the next morning I am thinking I will pull an all nighter what is the point of going to bed for 3-4 hours??? so Maybe I will have to post here and you can all keep me awake LOL.

But on the plus hopefully the videos will work and I can post some stuff on You tube that would be good.

Well I surely will take some photo's when my master pieces are finished still putting final touches on them mind you they are not that special no drawings or anything not quite that talented LOL, But Today I held one up outside and made my husband walk to the back of the yard we live on an acre and tell me if he could read it LOL, Honestly he thinks I am insane and I must admit I am wondering myself but it is all in good fun I am having a ball, and I am not even at concert yet

I'm sorry about the magazines, I know those mags can be important. I don't buy mags that much anymore, but when I used to, oh man how much money did I spent on them... i am also going to the brisbane concert on the 20th which is the "second" show! everything you write i just have to laugh because it sounds like someone is watching me and posting everything that i am doing!!! i am sooooo amped to be going to finally see Sebastian after worshipping him from afar for so long! it is 2:38am on monday night/tuesday morning before the show and i am so excited that i cant sleep and am just looking at anything that i can find on the net about Baz! i'm at the point where i want to go and sit outside the entertainment centre just to see if i can hear the "first" show!

Hi Aussiecozzie Welcome to the board, & Wow I have a long lost twin , right down to the fact you to area night owl stalking the net at 2.30am, I have been good this week trying to go to bed at a reasonable hour, but it is exciting isn't it ?? But this is a great place to get your Baz fix. Ramble away we do not care.
Well first ( really second LOL) Concert in Brisbane tonight, If I did not live so far from Boondall I would stand with you in the car park LOL, actually I wish now I had brought tickets for both concerts, I do not think we have anyone on the board that is going to the first concert, but you never know hopefully someone will tell us about it.
Ok 1 more sleep Yay, mind you this morning I woke up with an earache and sore throat, dam it, of to the chemist today to get flu medicine , try to nip the flu in the butt, I can be sick on Thursday but not now.

Welcome Aussiecozzie. I'm sure Aussiegirl wont be hard to spot but there is a seating plan on page one of this thread of where we are sitting. R u sitting or standing? If the people Aussiegirl are sitting with don't know who Sebastian is ( how could that be???) i'm sure she will have them converted before he even hits the stage.
My throat was getting a bit rough and thought I was getting sick too Aussiegirl but I think it's just all the singing along to Baz cds (must be driving the neighbours nuts by now lol). Have to try and get a good nights sleep tonight but it's hard to sleep when your so excited. I also read a review from Melbourne that Bubbles was there.

Yeah I should not be to hard to spot, mind you depends if my friends make me behave they may ditch me, but then I have the tickets so they better be nice. and yes My sister definitely knows Sebastian and we have had her Nephews in training, I let them borrow my cd's very hard to depart with them. they really like slave to the grind album I mean who could blame them. But my sister has been really funny, I have been driving her insane and she keeps saying settle down, remember you 32 now, but then she is like oh have you made the signs, ah what are you wearing, can you do my hair, we have to leave early ok, so I have her a buzz now. so dam excited.
I too want an early night tonight but I think it will be hard went and got some cold stuff, never thought of the singing bit though ssnow, you could be on to something there, I too have been annoying my neighbours and in the car OMG I have it so loud I actually was listening to slave to the grind today and look down and see I am doing 130km in a 90km zone, man I did not know the old Tarago could go that fast LOL, so I may not be able to listen to that in the car may have to stick to ballads.

Wow, thanks for being so friendly and welcoming! Its great to see that everyone IS so friendly and welcoming. I have never joined a forum before, so I am a complete virgin to this. Please don't take offence if I accidentally do something wrong!
I cant believe that Sebastian actually reads this and makes comments! This site is definately in my 'favourites' and my new addiction.
Now about where I am sitting. I actually got tickets in GA12 which is in the mosh pit in front of aussiegirl. I had trouble getting them, when I got onto ticketek, everytime I tried to get tickets I would get crappy ones and then say to myself- no, I can get better than that! Then I would try for new ones and get even further back! I ended up in section 30 something, then 20 something! I was getting so disappointed! In the end I just grabbed some because I didn't want to miss out completely! I was waaayyyyy up the back in the rafters. I thought 'better than nothing!'. I kept thinking about it and was talking to my friend a couple of hours after they went on sale and she said 'I'm on ticketek site now and they have gold moshpit available'. WHAT!!! I got back on and sure enough.... they were available! I rang ticketek and they said okay, we'll swap them for you! So thats how I got GA12!!!!! I was soooo excited! I was dancing around all day! I have never been to a major concert before, last time Gunners and Skid Row was here I was about 14/15 and living at Coffs Harbour, NSW. (halfway to nowhere!) I wasn't allowed to travel to Sydney, being a young impressionable teenage girl. So unfair! Anyway, when I got tickets, I was e-mailing all of my old school friends and telling them 'I'm finally going to see Sebastian!!!' they just groaned and said about time!
I have also been reading on other posts about meet and greets and how other people get to meet Sebastian. They are so lucky! I was wondering if Sebastian would go to Australia Zoo or something in his spare (ha!) time. Its not too far away from the city. I don't particularly feel like standing out the back door of the entertainment centre for hours on end on the off chance! Maybe when I was that impressionable young teenager! Not anymore!
Its gonna be sooo awesome!

You never know Aussiecozzie about Australia Zoo. Most famous visitors go there and I think Axl actually has wallabies. Man maybe I should have seen if ticketek would of swapped nights to. Was just at Boondall train station for a connection and a guy walked out from the entertainment centre wearing a Rose Tattoo shirt - now I'm wondering why he was there at 3.15 - my train came and he was on the other side of the platform so I couldn't ask. Was so tempted to go in to see if anything was happening. If I wasn't on my own I might of......I'm a big wuss!

Wow, maybe a roadie? I would've gone with you ssnow! I'm usually a wuss by myself, but if I have back-up... look out! I actually went to the entertainment centre tonight to see if I could hear anything! I know, tragic! My husband was saying 'can't you just wait until tomorrow night?' and I said 'you just don't understand!' He eventually came with me. (we live about 15mins from there) A word of warning: anyone driving there tomorrow night will have to pay $9 for parking! Anyway, we drove in the carpark and the security guards were pointing us to go and park and I was saying to them 'I'm just trying to drop something off for a friend, can we drive up to the front?' we eventually found our way to as close as we could get, parked the car for about half an hour and we couldn't hear anything! I thought for sure I would be able to hear Baz goin' for it! We were there about 9ish. So I can't give any more details than that. I was seriously contemplating going in and trying to buy a ticket, it would've probably been really good because not as many people to see over so we would get a great view of Baz, but then I reckon the atmosphere will be better tomorrow night! (It was really windy and cold too!) Can't wait! I will be looking out for your sign aussiegirl! ONE MORE SLEEP! |
