Just a short review. I just got back home. I have to pack my stuff, I'm heading to Turku tomorrow like everyone on this board must know already.
I was in Baz's show with my friend Tanja. We went abt 1h before they opened doors. This time I was watching band's soundcheck behind the windows outdoors. I can tell you it was freezing, winding and snowing. But we really melted when Sebastian (Hi Sweetie!!) came on stage. We were on the first row. Both Rob and Baz recongnized me from the crowd pretty soon. ;D
They played Back in the Saddle, Piece of Me, Youth gone wild, 18&Life, I remember you (Finland!), American Metalhead, Here I am, Monkey Business, Big Guns, and some more. Not in the order. No any new songs this time but hopefully tomorrow.
The show was awesome! His voice was incredible - as always. It's so strong and how to describe just awesome. He was so sweet when he introduced Nick. He took really good care of him on stage. That young dude really knows how to play guitar. He's talented and I'm sure we'll hear about him more when years go by. Sebastian came to clap hands with fans where we stood. Did that with him and friend was sure she's going to have big bruise tomorrow. No she won't. I did also something silly and Sebastian saw that and started laughing during song. Sorry.... Silly old me. He showed me from the stage (I want to think he showed me) his belly and I showed him thumbs up back.
My pix - well you shouldn't give me a camera. I'm lowsy with those things, always. I don't know what happened once again. I'll get photos from my friend. Let's see what those look like. But I took some video clips from the show when I saw that pix will be not so good quality. I'll put those to Youtube if that's ok with Sebastian. I'll have to get his blessing first.
After the show we went to have some beer. When we came back I saw that Michael Monroe was near the sound engineer table. I told him that it's great to see him tomorrow on stage with Baz. We went back to near stage and saw Rob, Sebastian, Nick and later came also Bobby and Johnny there. I asked a security guy to ask him if he could come where I stood. Once again I sent greetings from Papillon.
Baz came where we stood. I showed him his signature tattoo on my back, he signed my fist shirt and my Sebastian Bach thong. I like to be silly. World and life is hard enough so I like these little silly things. These things make me smile and that got him laughing and smiling and that's fun. I got several hugs and kind words. But hey that's the way our Mr Youth Gone Wild is. So sweet and gorgeous. Now my thong are on cd shelf in our livingroom. (once again those have never been used )
I had fun. Sebastian gave me thousands reasons to smile.
Where we stood watching Alice Cooper came Michael later and knocked my back cause I was standing on the gate where he needed to go. He went to the stage and sang School's out with Alice. That was the last song and also Baz was on the stage with them.
THANK YOU SEBASTIAN! YOU MADE MY DAY! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D YOU LOOK GORGEOUS!!
PS: my short review is not that short... But good nite now!
