here goes another post that will be yanked, but Sebastian needs a little change. This putting stuff off has to end. The DVD and CD should be out. Especially if you are about to go on tour with GnR. Geez, sold out shows every night and no merchandise to sell. Well it had to be said. Whatever the hold up is, the loose ends need to be tied up.

Yeah but Mattie, at the end of the day it all comes down to MONEY. If Baz was on a Major Label, with heaps of backing (read :$$$) behind him, no doubt at all that all this stuff would have been done, and out...you gotta realise that Baz is basically an "indie" artist these days, and he has to make his own money to be able to put into these projects to get them done...then he needs to get a Company involved to distribute the projects to get them into the stores. From what ive been reading he isnt putting anything off...hes working on 5 things at once, trying to get em all done, and in between that hes trying to get some money together from things like Celebrity Fit Club etc etc to be able to PAY for these projects!
When you are an indie artist with no major label backing, therefore no strong money coming in, its bloody hard to be able to get everything done that you WANT to...it takes time. Im guessing that Sebastian would be more frustrated than any of us that these things take so much time to happen.

I'd like to listen to his new album, watch his new dvd and read his book.
He's doing his best. He loves making new music. He doesn't want to play only old songs, he's concentrating on new stuff. There's plenty to wait for but believe me: It will be woth it!
My guess is also money. He has to pay for everything, find right people, etc. That's not an easy task to do. I'm so happy that he's touring now and has found a talented young guitarist by his side. Happy that it didn't happen like it happened last summer: he had to turn down shows he was offered because of lack of musician/s by his side!! That P..d me off. I'll wait and wait. It will be worth it.
Do we know what is the record label or is it same as on Angel Down?

yea, I understand all that. But can make a cd, run tons of copies off for hardley no cost at all. The sales at the shows would be great. I just don't understand.

As for selling Merch at the shows, it is not as easy at it sounds. Each venue can have different requirements and % of $$$ agreements. Baz would probably also need his own staff to man the merch tent/both. People he can trust to handle the job properly etc... this adds to his touring costs etc. even jsut two extra people adds up to a lot $$$ for travel, hotel rooms, food etc.

I was wondering why he didn't sell his shirts in Espoo. There was only Alice's stuff. Many people asked me about it when they saw my Baz shirt. I assume it's propably the way you Keith said it. They sold his shirts in Turku and Tampere. Sellers were Finns, so no travelling costs etc.

I just don't understand. doesn't work that way when u have a contract with a company. To get the last dvd out, he had to sell stuff on EBAY. So its not that easy depending on who u have working for u, with you, (against you), etc. alot of legalities too. If he did it 'himself' like Bach 2 Basics, its a different story. This cd,dvd, is not his own, its through record co. contract.

And now Paris is all grown up and on his own, and I think London is still too young, and Tiana is prob. very smart, but at 2 I don't think he'd trust her with the 'till' just yet. lol

I think we're all clamouring for the new CD/DVD etc., but with CD sales down as a whole it's a very difficult time to be releasing stuff.
It makes me angry that so much rubbish gets put out on CD, but good musicians aren't able to get their stuff released.
And another thing... why the hell are promoters not getting organised for Baz to perform in the UK?
