Hi all! The show last night, here in Rio, was nothing less than amazing! My 5th Bach's concert, and now I'm in the middle of my after concert depression. I didn't take lots of pictures, nor did any updates on Bach's show. I was to worried about rocking my socks off! ;D The setlist was almost the same he has been playing. The Skid classics that he always plays, plus American Metalhead, Stuck inside, Stabbing Daggers, Bitchslap and Tunnel Vision (that song is going to KICK MAJOR ASSES when it gets released!!!). He sang In a Darkened Room, and I cried a little bit. Then on I Remember You I cried like a baby, but me crying on I Remember You is getting a little old! hahaha! I don't know what this song has that makes me feel that way when I hear it on the concert...amazing! The crowd loved Bach's concert! They sang Happy Birthday and kept asking him to come back after the +2 hours waiting for GNR to go on stage. I love Guns, from the bottom of my heart, but I don't know if it was the long time waiting for them to start the set or whatever, but I enjoyed more the Sebastian's show. The GNR's show was great! They played Whole Lotta Rosie, which I LOVE on Axl's voice. But it was a kind of a cold concert, in some ways. I mean, on a Bach's show you get interaction with THE MAN, Bach is the most charismatic lead singer you will ever find! And Axl didn't say two words for the crowd, not even on Knocking On Heaven's Door. He was in a good mood, thought, smiling and all, but he didn't interacted much with the crowd, in my opinion. Or maybe I was expecting too much after seeing Bach and all his charisma! Some other pictures here: g1.globo.com/Noticias/0,,GF81156-7023,00.html I hope Bach can come back to Brazil very very soon, to do HIS OWN concerts! I wanna see Baz playng for 2h30 straight! hahaha

Nice read again Wizard. And I agree.........Sebastian IS a hard act to follow lol. We felt the same way watching GNR after Sebastian in Melbourne when they toured here together. So glad you finally got your Rio show. Hopefully MacherOni did too.

OMFG!!! ;D ;D
This is the second time I managed to see Sebastian and I have to tell you that he looks and sounds amazing!!
His show was incredible, It was impossible not to jump up and down when he spinned the mic and headbanged...the crowd went crazy!!! I love when he spins the mic during Slave To The Grind...me and my friends jumped some meters high!!! ;D Insane!!!
It was the same Sebastian from the golden Skid Row era! When he took his shirt off it kinda reminded me of the classic Skid Row Budokan concert in 1992. A nostalgic feeling took over me!! ;D ;D
I'm still in shock, a bit sleepy.... Mr Axl Rose was late as usual, his lack of profisionalism and care for the fans pisses me off..I wouldn't go to another new GNR show.... he sounds and look bad in my opinion.
People standing near me shared the same opinion regarding the show: Sebastian kicked Guns n`Roses ass with his energy, charisma and outstanding performance. Hope to see him again someday.
The setlist was the same from Sao Paulo I guess, but he didn`t play By Your Side.
Tunnel Vision is amazing....love this song!
Didn`t take pictures or made videos...I wanted to enjoy the concert 100%!!! ;D As soon as I find stuff, I post here!

Great to hear that you both got to see that show! Sebastian as a frontman is hard to beat. He's got the skills. It's been horrible weather there in Rio De Janeiro. I hope you are both fine there! Sending many angels to that direction.

Sending many angels to that direction. Yeah man, things are caotic in Rio! The worst rain in 30 years... flooding and mudslides all over the city! More than 90 casualties confirmed.... I'm fine, I live in another city not so affected by the weather! Pinball lives in Rio, but i'm sure he's ok!!

Pinball lives in Rio, but i'm sure he's ok!! I'm great! I live in such a crappy neighbourhood that even the rain don't come here as it does on the "richier" part of the city! ;D According to a chart I saw on G1's website, it rained 105mm where I live, while the most affected neighbourhood had 351,2mm! Keep in mind that the historic average amount of rain on the whole month of April is 90mm! Here you all can see pictures of the damaged the rain brought to the city: g1.globo.com/Noticias/Rio/0,,MUL1559221-5606,00-CONFIRA+FOTOS+DA+CHUVA+NO+RIO+DE+JANEIRO.html You guys all know about the MaracanĂ£ stadium, right? Look how it was after the rain: globoesporte.globo.com/Esportes/Fotos/0,,GF81205-9645,00.html#fotogaleria=1

Wow, checked out those photos Wizard. It really IS bad down there, isn't it. Mud slides....not good. Guess they are the reason for the casualities? Must admit though, I laughed out loud when I read this..... I'm great! I live in such a crappy neighbourhood that even the rain don't come here as it does on the "richier" part of the city! Haha! You guys certainly aren't living a 'boring' life down there these days, are you...what with the weather and the boys touring! Glad you got some good with the bad though.
