It just hit the waves about 15 or 20mins ago. Fox News ...thought I saw it earlier on AOL Nice pic they have on Fox. - anything to spice up a story - he looks in a great mood too. (wonder where they pulled the pic from? ) Hope the arrest and subsequent paper-work went smoothly.. they won't pull his passprt will they? (yowza - have not a clue how Canada handles this sort of charge.) .. guess we will have to wait and see. All that for trying to take a bottle of beer outside? Sorry Sebastian. Only good thoughts sent your way *

*sigh* There are words to describe my opinions on Fox News (and Blabbermouth, for that matter) but they're not really very board-friendly. I hate that some journalists are such ghouls.
Hope you're ok, Baz.

guess this is why you should always carry a few $100's in your pocket along with whatever else you have in there? (does sound similar to the NJ incident though -- wonder if the fines will amount to the same? hope it's not too bad on him) *

Dose not look to good hope it all blows over soon for ya Baz www.torontosun.com/news/torontoandgta/2010/11/15/16153486.htmlEx-Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach will be in a Toronto courtroom Tuesday, busted on a six-year-old warrant. Bach — whose real name is Sebastian Bierk — was arrested by Peterborough Lakefield Community Police early Monday after an altercation at a downtown bar but that was just the start of his troubles. Shortly after the 42-year-old appeared in a Peterborough courtroom charged with assault, possession of marijuana and mischief, Toronto cops picked him up and drove him back to the city on a 2004 warrant. Toronto Police Const. Tony Vella said the warrant for Bach stems from a mischief under $5,000 charge. Police did not have any other information about the charge. Bach is expected to appear in a College Park courtroom on Tuesday. The heavy metal singer and actor, who lives in New Jersey, was raised in Peterborough. Peterborough cops alleged Bach was at Riley’s Old Towne Pub Sunday night when a dispute broke out and he was asked to leave. Pub staff called police after a wine glass was thrown at the front door. Police alleged that a staff member who restrained Bach while waiting for officers to arrive was bitten on the left hand. Officers said he was in possession of 1.9 grams of marijuana. Bach has appeared in episodes of the TV show the Gilmore Girls and several stage musicals. Most recently, the original voice of Skid Row was on tour in the U.K. and Spain with Guns’N’Roses. — With files from QMI Agency

~anyhow, it was a bad day for Sebastian - but look at it this way, he got a more press and air time .. free of charge! He'll have to weigh that against his fines? (don't know what 2004 was all about - doubt it's all that bad) You no what they say.. right? , 'no press is bad press' btw Aren't Canadian laws about weed a bit more relaxed than U.S.? I actually like the picture of Sebastian posted on TMZ more than the others people posted. it was a close-up of his face w/ sunglasses and nose and mouth. . looked great! nice teeth too rachelerin forgive me, I think I'm reading your post incorrectly. you think Sebastian will get life for what? you can't go to his concert why? it sounds like his throwning a glass of wine on the floor and he was caught with weed is your answer to both? `I'm sure that's not right but it's how I'm reading it..just checking *

Hope it's not bad. Nor the charges from 2004 are that bad. Hope it all comes down to $$'s for him. Nothing more. Don't worry. .. someone posted that Bubbles was on his way ;D Axl is probably busy

check Ace's and Mattie's links above. All the info is there
but I'd like to point out the glass was thrown on the floor, not at the front door like some reports say. Because TMZ nabbed footage, it just goes to prove eye wittnesses are not all 100% correct.

I am no lawyer but i saw no reason for that guy to even put his hands on Baz over a two dollar glass. I would have broke the guy's arm but i guess laws are different there.

A few minutes ago from Baz's Twitter... I am now free. I'm going through some rough times rite now & all of your support means everything to me. j.mp/aU4TdiThe link is a bit flaky, so here's what it says: Good to hear he's out, and that the charges from 2004 were withdrawn. Fx

Good, that's what I seem to recall from a Trailer Park Boys episode Yah, did you see that guy go up behind him? Stelth-like .. He's very lucky he didn't get hurt. Sebastian could break arms and legs all at once. - really glad that didn't happen. It was just a skirmish - jesh! in fact, I'd fire the employee who started it ..jmo come to think about it, the owner must be a highly sensitive guy for a small skirmish like this. Wonder why he was supersensitive over this one? If I lived near there, I would not go there again *

Here in the U.S in some states at least in the south that i know of what he did would be regarded as an assault and he would have been arrested. .

You're right - you can't just jump on a patron here in the U.S. you'd be slapped with assault. You have to wonder what was going through the owners head .. "..Hey! that dude just broke my $1 wine glass I got for .25 at the outlet! dang! He's not getting away with that! grrrr" .. .. I mean seriously?

I have a couple of issues with this I have to admit:
- Baz supposedly tossing ice cubes and heckling the Singer on stage....that stuff is just not on, I dont care who you are... - The old "Dont you know who I am" line....
It could be all heresay and rubbish that he said and did those things....I really hope so, because I always thought Baz was better than doing crap like that. I cant imagine Baz doing it though. If he did, I hope he apologises to the singer concerned.
