Did you have the rest of the fixins? We only made mashed potatoes, but my Nana used to do sweet potatoes, turnips, string beans, peas, carrots,two kinds of cranberries and home baked bread. She was amazing, she did sit down dinner for 75 people, all but one of who were relatives. I have some great memories of helping cook that dinner with her, my mom and my aunts.
