hey! - thanks for the pictures of 'David' gemini! - serious statue! (and thanks for finding out what he was holding)- soo cool!-- You were right .. we all enjoy seeing this t-shirt - totally cool I though the statue was from the Monkey Business video. I haven't seen that in a while, so it may be that on is a replica of the David too.

The Monkey Business statue is different, has it's mouth wide open.
To me it looks like the David statue is looking down on the other people, like Sebastians father, David, is looking down from heaven. The people who carry the painting, look like they carry a coffin.
I think this is a tribute to David Bierk, in august it will be 5 years that he passed away. Maybe Angel Down will be dedicated to him?? And if so, then maybe the release date will be august 28??
The painting that they carry, kind of reminds me of the Mona Lisa by Leonardo Da Vinci. Leonardo Da Vinci is Italian, and so is Michelangelo.
So the release date can also be july 7, when the European tour starts in Italy.
(I've got a headache now, I think to much)

Sebastian, is By Your Side about your dad??
I feel you when you're watching from afar To young to leave me standing I wonder where you are The precious time we spent My fondest memories I'll hold on to the promise That you made to me
I stare into his eyes and then I see your face A dying love inside A love you can't replace You're looking down with pride And let me show what I can tell

the times that i saw him here in the U.S he dedicated it to his dad yes and once to both his dad and step mom who he also lost last year. it is a beautiful song and he sings it with so much emotion.

OK here's another review from the Melbourne shows, this one from the Saturday show. It's from NewGNR.com and I've just included the best bit - about Seb. 06-16-07 | Melbourne (Australia) Review by The Spaghetti Incident?
Rose Tattoo hit the stage at around 8:20pm, and they were electrifying, it was great to see the old buggers kicking it, I only knew 2 songs, Bad Boy For Love, and the insatiable Nice Boys (which Guns covered). Both, might I add, were flawless. Angry put on an amazing performance, and showed that age can be no barrier when it comes to rock n' roll. They finished their set at almost 9 o' clock on the dot.
After 20 minutes of virtual darkness, Sebastian Bach hit the stage, and as I said to my mate, Rose were amazing, Baz will have to work hard to top it, and the minute he got out on stage (we could see him, he was trying to cue his entry perfect and had several mis-attempts haha) he absolutely blew me away.
His vocals were the most powerful I'd heard in a long time, and his energy was through the god damn roof! He played all the Skid Row classics, perfectly, might I add, broke mics, stopped songs, yelled at security and acted like a real fucking rock star. He played several new songs, which I was extremely impressed with, but can hardly remember haha. He kept extending his set, saying 'we only have time for a few more' but they'd play another 6 haha.. Anyway it all came to an end at about 10:40, with Youth Gone Wild, which was one absolutely amazing outro.. Come back anytime Baz!"

I'm new to this board, and this is my first weigh in - so hey! I went to the Melbourne Friday night show and Truck me dead -Baz was unbelievably AWESOME!! I didn't know what to expect - I have to be honest - I mean it had been 13 years- but the man hit the stage and the audience was napalmed!! I was on damn fire, I didn't want the set to end, I wanted to get up on stage and wrap the acoustic around the head of the techi that hadn't tuned it properly- I was going berserk!! And yeah[/u], let the man leave the stage b4 we start with the elevator music and unkind lighting- he'd earned that moment and applause- he'd rocked us heart and soul. They say' Like fine wine we get better with age'....damn right!
I had taken my 21 year old sister and her 22 yo fiancee, who are GnR fans, and they asked me after the Tatts left the stage Who was Sebastian Bach? After a dirty scowl and a kick in the kneecaps I had to try to explain - too hard basket - so I just told them to wait and LISTEN. End of set came and through the elevator music and Baz' bows I'm screaming at them " NOW THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKIN ABOUT!!!" I'm proud to say that I left Rod Laver Arena that night with 2 Bach converts. 22 yo Steve is now causing houshold damages trying to imitate Baz' mike whipping - with a skipping rope.
You are one helluva performer Baz - PLEASE grace us with your music again soon.

Great review and Welcome to the board.
I was laughing at your review I saw Baz in Brisbane and I had a Baz Virgin next to me a complete stranger to me by the end of the night I had her loving Baz to, he stole the show here to and yes the Mike thing very impressive. Sad the end bit with Melbourne though not sure what happened there.
Cannot wait for next tour it just has to happen,

They did it to Baz in Sydney too. Lights on and music before Baz and the band were off the stage. Don't know what it is meant to mean

haha, I cannot remember elevator Music but then I was on a Baz high he saw my sign But maybe it is some Joke we are not aware of. Hey I been thinking we should start a thread On Questions we want to ask Baz, One each he answer if he wants and if he gets a chance like a Bach Board Interview?? Even if he did not answer it would be Funny to hear the one Question we all would ask.

Welcome to the board.....cool to have another Melbournite here! Any wonder Sebastian had mic problems.......it cops a fair flogging!!! The way he just gets on with the show despite any problems is awesome, isn't it? Even if the whole sound system went down I imagaine Sebastian would just launch himself atop the speakers and give us 'metal a cappella '. !!!!

Hi All, My Reason for going to the melb show on 17/06/07 was mainly to see Sebastian even tho I love Gunners. Baz was Totally awesome. My only complaint is that Baz & the band weren't on the big display screens as I had hoped for as I was seated far away from the stage. It was still f*****n awesome!!. I love Angel Down, can't wait for the next album. CHEERS
