Hi, i've gone to the Evolution Festival only for Sebastian.. there were many kind of metal band such as Behemoth, kataklysm, Sodom, Nevermore, and so on.. The show of Sebastian started 30 minutes later.. the gig was amazing.. i can't descibe it with words!! i never saw him before.. this was my first time.. he's my favourite singer with Axl Rose.. the first song played was Slave to the grind!! Read about the lighting (but was trying to translate from Italian to American which was no good), and then saw it on youtube..
thought they were just having tech issues with the lights. So it was those scoundrels in the back eh? grrr.. Sebastian kept singing!! BACH ON!!!!

Slashvr9 gotta say the mike swinging and head banging are just the coolest I was in awe watching that mike swing in Brisbane also a Little worried he would knock him self out, but he does it so well. Baz was born to preform

Thanks for the links. He was singing the right song when the lights got turned off. Can anyone tell me why it's L'Italia ti ama (I suppose it means Italy loves Baz) why it's not ti amo? Because it's about male? (I only know some words and what they mean and really don't can't speak that language, that's a shame cause Italy is nice) |

Seriously though, time and time again Sebastian proves his true showmanship and professionalism - not to mention dedication to his fans- because many ' stars' would spit the dummy, throw a tanty and storm off stage without finishing the song/set. Sebastian has kept going, giving his all. Examples : 1/ ITALY - Lights out ? Who cares? Not Baz, he's got a song to sing.  2/ AUSTRALIA - Lights on/ elevator music ? Does Baz exit? No, he has fans to thank, bows to make and adulation to be received. ;D A few older examples: 1/ CALIFORNIA - Whisky a Go Go 2004 - Sebastian FALLS THROUGH THE STAGE- but does he quit? Not Baz - in obvious pain he finishes the song- Kudos 10 fold !!!!! 2/ DECEMBER 27- 1989- I'm sure we all remember this one- the dude cops a bottle in the head, and still goes on with the show ( with a little 'intermission' of sorts)  The man is a legend, a true entertainer that literally bleeds for his fans - what more can u ask for??? |

Infact Sebastian left the stage very angry for all the problems about the delay and the bad sound and he didn't greet fans so I fear he wouldn't come in Italy soon!  I can understand if policemen and organizers are motherfuckers if they can't wait only two minutes (!!!) and how Sebastian felt that moment, but, damn, what's the fans' fault? I hope Sebastian remember how Italian fans love and want him in our country soon to continue to give us his energy and his fantastic permormances. The show was fantastic, Sebastian is the best frontman in the world. It's been the best day of my life!! Thanks Sebastian for all emotions you give me with your wonderful voice!! My life wasn't complete because I've never seen him on stage before!! On 7/7/2007 I was born again!! He was a masterpiece!! Please come in Italy soon!! Let we show you all our love again!! Sebastian is and will be the greatest man, singer in the world forever. When the police turn the lights off, he continued to play Youth Gone Wild lighting his face by a small torch. It's been a great and unforgettable moment. Patience if Sebastian left the stage forgetting to take our ovation and thanks as in Australia happen. Thank you the same for all you did during the show, Sebastian!!

Yeah, it's true! This is the first thing I observed when Sebastian got on stage!! He was very slimmer than I remembered in pictures or in TV. He was like a 20 years old boy. He was in a very good form and he had a vast energy. Anyway apart from weight he's undoubtely cool  I like him in every form |
