That's a real good start to a website. Incidentally if you ever want some pointers on website stuff, just ask. I do it for a living  (Designing and building websites is about 60% of my business). There's just stuff you learn professionally that you would never think of as a fan creating a website. My only design comment ATM would be: --> Change the font in your main navigation bar. I like the color you chose (it's very easy to read) but the font itself is kind of...wimpy. Not very rock. There are lots of good websites to get free fonts that actually look like commercial fonts, good quality, if you want a list. --> Have the photo on the left be a rotating / random image. Just browsing around briefly I see that you used photos from another site of a live concert of Bas. There are a bunch of cool shots that sort of look similar, only his head is facing a different direction or whatever. It would be east to take that main photo on the left and have it randomize. So I visit the visit the site and it shows Bas photo 1. Then I hit 'refresh' or come back to visit the site and it shows Bas photo 5. It's a really simple JavaScript that randomizes the photos. You don't even have to know how to write Javascript to use it. Just copy and paste, change the image names, et voila. |
