Hey........
Just want to know what you`re thinking of Skid Row poetry heritage.... What`s the secret meaning of Wasted Time? or Frozen? or Iron Will? from my part, I`m trying sometimes to see the depth of these songs and I think it`s a kind of message, of live lessons and Skid Row`s existence experience.

Re 'Wasted Time'. From what I've read it's a song about the fear of losing a friend to heroin abuse. And it fits.

Before Steven was 30 he had heart attacks and a stroke from his drug prob. Thank God he's still alive and doing better today.  |

I didn't know it was about Steven Adler. Thanks for sharing that with us. It makes it even sadder when you know who it's about, and harder to see the pain in Seb when he was singing it. It breaks my heart watching that video because you can just see that he's really singing it from his and that he's hurting.
It's funny how you don't 'connect the dots' sometimes. I knew that Steve left Gunners because of the drugs and knew that Skid Row knew them. I just didn't connect the two.

This isn't off topic it WAS about Skid Row lyrics. If you didn't want to know or be involved in a regular conversation about what u asked, then don't bother. And PLEASE stop telling people what their saying is off topic or to change to where U want the convo to go. If and when it is off topic, Ace will take care of it. I'm sorry but this is starting to get a bit annoying, people come here to have a conversation about sebastian subjects and do their best to stay on sebastian topics. All we ask on this board is to have fun and not to be disrespectful.

every post here describes something about the songs or related to the songs (all have been very interesting).. .. just sayin' ... & most of the threads on this forum openly discuss topics just like the way the posts have developed here, and is part of what makes it a really cool board -.. easy going.. jmo..
