I live in a really small town and I was worried that I wasn't going to get a copy. I went to music and video express and there it was. Only 1 copy! I grabbed it and practically ran to the counter with it. The people must have thought I was crazy ;D. This album is so awesome. It's got something for everybody. Axl sounds awesome with Baz. I love this album. Thanks Baz!!

The poster inside is really cool. There are many pics of baz with friends. The words to the songs are in there and each member of the band gives thanks. There is a pic of Baz, Roy Z and Axl in the studio. There is about 35 pics to enjoy.

after having Angel Down for almost 24 hours now, i can honestly say that this CD has made it to one of my favorite CD's of all time. everytime i listen to it, i catch something i missed the time before... and it blows me away!!!!!!!!! Sebastian's crystal clear and GORGEOUS voice in the ballads absolutely melts me. even moreso than previous ballads that he has done. the band is seriously AWESOME, as well. pure rock and roll... pure METAL!! this CD is truly a GIFT to the world or Rock and Metal, and to the world of Music, in general. it's that kick to the ass that music has been desperately needing, these days!!! i can't remember the last time i bought a CD with all new tracks, put it in, played it and felt this way. Thank You Sebastian and Band!!! Congrats on this seriously epic and awesome CD, Angel Down!!!!  |

i was suprised Stabbin' Daggers wasn't bad...haha. i dunno, wasn't a fan of the title when i heard about it. You Don't Undestand sounds like Trivium meets Iron Maiden with classic Bach vocals, my favorite song on the album. i've heard the Axl tracks for ages, so yea...Angel Down (song) is kinda weird, i don't get that weird 'wooow, woww, waaah' effect during the solo either. American Metalhead is a great theme song for all of us, and it's heavy as hell. and By Your Side needs to be heard.

This album rocks, extremely fucking hard!! Sebastian's vocals are amazing... Truly amazing. What really pisses me off, as it is the rest of you... is that this album isnt getting proper recognition that it deserves.
It bothers me so that all these crap, record label **** suckers have their albums that MAYBE contain a couple of "decent" songs, taking up valuable space on the shelves!!
Sebastian... Please find a way to get the word about this amazing piece of music! Its a crime if you dont!
btw first post... and Sebastian, you've got yourself a brand new fan, and I swear, Ive already been spreading the word out as much as I can about your new album and I will continue to do so as much as I can.

Well I lost patience with myself and last night I downloaded the album off I Tunes...im picking up the actual CD tommorrow, but I just couldnt hold off anymore, I had to hear it!! Well my first impression is HOLY HELL!!!!! How fu*kin HEAVY is this album!!!  This is just as heavy, angry, loud, aggressive and rocking as ANYTHING by ANY BAND in the market today....the production is top notch, the guitars are absolutely AMAZING....there are some fantastic riffs on this album. Sebastians voice I think is the best ive ever heard it, as I knew it would be. I love Stabbin Daggers, American Metalhead, Stuck Inside, Bitchslap....stuff it I love them all....this is the album I was really hoping Sebastian would make, heavy, angry and METAL....thats the main thing about this album....its a HEAVY METAL album...there aint much Rock in there, certainly no "pretty boy" songs AT ALL. It kind of reminds me of a Rob Halford feel....that could be to do with the fact that most of Halfords old solo band is now involved with Baz, but there is no doubt he is on his way to taking over the "Metal God" mantle now. Halford is a legend, but Sebastian is next in line in Metal circles now, no doubt about it. This album is KILLER, its strong, well written and constructed, awesome production, great new ideas and above all its HEAVY METAL, and it sets a new standard for this style of music. For some reason, by the time I got to American Metalhead, I was standing in my Kitchen at home doing one of Baz's classic "half crouch, bang head, hold right arm up at roof with Micraphone in hand, grit teeth" move....with my wife and 3 kids looking at me like I was having some sort of attack...but thats what the songs on this album MAKE you want to do!!! Such a full on headbanging kind of album. I hope the guys in "skid row" hear this CD, and take note, because this is shitting on anything they are doing right now. Axl's performance is great, but I am glad that he hasnt overshadowed Sebastian on any of those songs, his Voice is placed perfectly in there, just enough to notice, not enough to take over. Back In The Saddle is a great version, I think Mr Tyler would be pretty pleased with the take on that one! Stuck Inside is FANTASTIC!!! Sooooooooo HEAVY...its pummeling. Great song. Ok so loving the album... But first the poster is not very big in this one not sure weather it is a different edition but poster is the size of say six cd cases... Is that right? and the casing of the CD is a normal Hard case... but anyway totally Loving it.... Love all the pictures just wished they where bigger... OMG I am so greedy.... I think My favorite songs so far are Stuck Inside.... I swear this has to be the video song....Love Falling into you... My god his voice is so Killer in that one.... I just love them all I am gonna play this album over and over..... I am so happy.... This is the Best Album Ever.......  |

I called the record store and said they already have it!!! I can't wait that my daughter wakes up (having a nap) I'd want to wake her up right away (NOT gonna do that) then we go right away to the store and I'll buy Angel Down!!!!

...but I'll have to concentrate very hard on driving so I'm not middle in a car accident - cause I'm so excited. ;D

The vocals throughout the album soar, the drums are like a nuclear explosion, the bass sounds like rolling thunder, and the guitars shred. Not much more to say than this is one of the greatest albums ever released. Nuff said.

I listened to AD in our car (thank God for good stereos), I listened to it through like five times in a row with head phones at home (daughter went to bed) and I'm hyping here. I'm a kid in a nut house I'm a kid in psycho zone - this is psycho therapy to me. I feel like I'm a kid who's got a wonderful x-mas present. I haven't been this hyper in years because of music!! I try to calm down but it's very hard. IMO Falling into You, American Metalhead, Our Love's a Lie (so evil!! and I like it), You don't understand and ofcourse By Your Side are my fave songs at the moment. Falling into you is amazing, so beautiful. I love his clean, beautiful voice. It was so hard to listen to By Your Side cause I almost could feel his pain, it was hard not to cry. Ok I am listening to it for the first time and I am freakin' out! It's fantasic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!All The songs have a meaning Lol and I wrote a review about it for Language Arts................Damn I'm good

I went to WalMart on the 20th to get the album and they had it buried. It took me like 10 minutes to find it. I finally did find it and I put a couple cd's out front on the new release display. I was in WalMart today and noticed that there were some stocked on the New Release display. I really hope this album does well. It is so much better than most of the radio garbage today.
