About 10 years ago a friend lent me a CD with a lot of songs of various artists and genres. The most part of them was nothing special but there was one which shoked me. It said: "Ricky was a young boy, He had a heart of stone. Lived 9 to 5 and worked his fingers to the bone. Just barely got out of school, came from the edge of town. Fought like a switchblade so no one could take him down. He had no money, oooh no good at home. He walked the streets a soldier and he fought the world alone" I thought: oh my God! It was the perfect soundtrack for how I felt those years and the wonderful voice!! Who was the awesome angel who sing that?? From that moment my life is changed!! I've found God!! So 18 and Life is the first Skid Row's song I've ever heard. I regret I've found Sebastian and Skid Row too late because when they were on top I was very young (8-10 years) and without MTV I didn't have any chances to hear new artists. When I was a child my only fount of good music was my best friend of that time who was a fanatic of Queen, Nirvana, Metallica, Iron Maiden and others but she never told me about Skid Row. I remember I was a big Bon Jovi's fan because they've always been very popular and famous in Italy so I could heard a lot of their songs to the radio but I've never heard nothing about Skid Row!!! Anyway from the moment I listened "18 & Life" I recovered all time lost listening shit music. THANKS TO SEBASTIAN!!

geez, I never posted my first song....I remember it like it was yesterday....
I first saw Youth on MTV (sucks), but at the time I was a big Poison fan...I know, I know...I thought to myself...."when are they going to post some Poison videos already!" So I walked into the kitchen. I had the TV on pretty loud. I just kept thinking to myself, it sounds good but.....and that was that. But when 18 & life came out I was at my friends house and she saw the 18 & life video and told me to come see. I said "Alright, but I don't know what the big fuss is about!" and I saw his angelic face on the TV. "OH...My......GAWD!!! Who is THAT?!?!?" I had never heard a voice so......FUCKING PERFECT!! Then I saw him on the screen and I thought. "Thank you god. Thank you!!!!! You knew EXACTLY what I was thinking!" but then I thought to myself...he is TOO perfect. I was still hooked for life. And I think I will always be a BAZERRK Sebastian Bach fan 4 Life.

OK well mine a bit of a long story but I will try to keep it short, OK well I had two older cool sisters and my younger sister and I well basically our music revolved around what ever they gave us to listen to, so we where into some quite cool music I must say, anyway on a Friday and Saturday night we would stay up watching all the late night Music shows and I remember the night of the gunners concert in Sydney, we sat up recording videos, ( Our older Sisters where at concert they lived in Sydney we lived in Brisbane) anyway Youth gone wild and 18 and Life came on, we where like hey that was pretty cool, we kept watching it fell in love with Sebastian and his music I remember we where so proud cause we actually had some music to show our sisters for a change sounds silly but big step for us cause our sisters where our hero's we copied everything they did and to find something on our own they they also liked was so cool.... Skid Row LP was the first record I ever brought still have it also had it on Tape and now CD, I had to order the Record in as it was fairly new and I remember the guy at the record shop thought I was so cool, wow heaps of memories flooding back there........
